I wish I could give no stars they are not helpful at all, I have tried many times to get a very small loan that I'm in desperate need of at those times but just get the same response that they are unable to proceed at the time. I have tried to get a credit card from them but yet again denied due to not enough credit and I assure I do have enough. I have been with them for four years and have received no help what so ever.

The employees at not friendly and not understanding. They will defer you to anybody they can and will push your problems to another day. They will not set up auto pay for you. (You have to follow up with them after 2-3 business days) They will not let know you time frams on when things will get done. They will not notify you by phone or email during an urgent notice. They will push you to do cash advance and make you pay a daily interest. DO NOT BANK WITH THIS BANK.

I’m getting increasingly more frustrated with UCCU, as their virtual-teller ATMs are less helpful and more patience-inducing. This lehi location no longer has Saturday lobby hours, but you wouldn’t know it by checking google or even the hours posted on the doors of the building.Unfortunately, the lack of in-person help is swaying me to open an account elsewhere.

A terrible bank, that doesn't know it's own account numbers or how to make a payment. Expect the drive thru or a phone call to take 15-30 minutes. Just read the reviews, they aren't lying, if no troubles, then good. But just wait till your situation changes and you be educated on what a pain this Bank and it's attitudes are like.If you get lucky with them, yhen great, ride it out for as long as possible, then get RID OF THEM LIKECTHE TRASH.

I banked with these jerks for 20 years. A stray charge of $17 got through my checking to my overdraft line of credit without notice. It was 30 days late and they destroyed my credit and refused to help me. They told me they were doing me a favor by not charging me the late fees they assessed while I lose 50 points off my credit score for less than $20. Needless to say I will never bank there again ever and I have spent my personal time registering for all these review sites to warn everyone I can about what a garbage institution UCCU is. If I felt like I had the time to post this to every branch on Google Maps I would.
