Every time I walk through the doors of this UPS store, I know I am in good hands. They offer the best customer service, and the printing services are really fast! Compared to Alphagraphics printing and even other UPS stores, this one offers the best services at the best prices. I am greeted with a smile, and the assurance that my packages get where they need to go. Management is great, and the complimentary dum dums are always a bonus. Even when there is a line, it goes by quickly and efficiently. The employees are always glowing, as if they had just had a really nice meal prior to helping me. I seriously just love this store! I recommend it to everyone.

Opened a box for a year. Gave 3 months free. Thought that was nice.
This place is run by children that are trying their best and have no oversight.
If you’d like a mailbox. Go somewhere else.
Every time you walk in, there is stuff all over the ground in front of the mailboxes and my packages would not be delivered to this address.
After the first one not being delivered, no big deal and it became a continual problem to the point we asked to close our box less than half way in and when asked about forwarding mail, there is a fee.
Super unhappy with the experience and mailbox users have been warned.
Hope management sees this. I paid for a year of a mailbox that I could not use due to incompetence of office.
Almost worth a chargeback for services promised not rendered.

We had a mailbox at this ups store for a year and we had a great experience! The year went faster than I thought and I appreciated that they called me to let me know it was time to renew our account. We decided to move to a different location closer to home and they were helpful with that also. Then months after closing the account they called me to let me know I had one piece of mail that was sent there. I’m so grateful they took the time to do that! Thank you!

I need to print something very important… but according to them they don’t have enough time. How many pages you could print in 10-11 minutes…? The minimum a printer as the ones they have is 10-15, maybe more because all are black and white… so they could do it if they really committed to help a customer… but sorry I have to close, come back other day… NEVER EVER AGAIN I come back here, that is exactly what is the difference in between good costumer experience or worst customer experience, willing to help, willing to serve, willing to accomplish what costumers needs, something that unfortunately many young people don’t understand, they just think about themselves…

The employees have started making me feel bad every time I go in :(. It’s usually younger guys, but I’m always very polite with them. I never have any complicated orders, just the amazon scan one, and they make me feel bad for it. I wonder every time I leave if I did something wrong. Maybe they just hate their jobs, I don’t know but I’ve finally had enough experiences… I never write bad reviews either.
I mean besides that I’ve always had a good experience here.

I recently visited the UPS Store and had the pleasure of receiving outstanding service from Cam. He was incredibly attentive, helpful, and willing to answer all of my questions. We had to be to court and it had already been a stressful day. My computer was not working so it took longer looking up documents on my phone. We made it there 10 minutes before closing and the girl was so sweet and helpful and they stayed late to help us. We appreciated it so much!!
Only issue was I requested 2 copies of everything and some I got 3 and 4 copies so came out to $102.00. 958 copies and should have had about 400 copies tops ?
Traverse location in Lehi was great!

The best most consistent customer service. I come here for Amazon returns, notary, printing posters, and mailing things. If I ever move away from traverse mountain this will be one of the things I miss having close by! It’s just so convenient and a helpful store.
