We had what we believed to be a major issue with our vehicle- as diagnosed by a local dealer, who immediately offered us a lowball price to trade it in for a new vehicle I was skeptical, so I dropped in at BOSS, with no appointment, for a second opinion. Not only did Dennis greet me in the parking lot, he gladly inspected our SUV and diagnosed that there was no issue- no codes showed up. However, he did notice that the dealer let us drive off their lot with NO coolant, so Dennis filled us up with coolant at no charge, and wouldn't accept payment for helping us out. He was very knowledgeable about our engine, warranties, and future considerations for our SUV. Needless to say, we'll be visiting BOSS again for any service needs, and recommend you do the same.”
