One time I bought a sealed box from them and there was a manufacturing mistake where some of the pieces were missing and they got me a free replacement one and let me keep some of other boxes stuff too! “Wonderful place such a cute shop! I brought my dog in for a self dog wash and he is so big and and very excited and peed I felt horrible but the staff was so sweet and even gave a recommendation for shampoo for his skin! Definitely will be back!”
