No help here. I recommend going online or to an actual T mobile store. They have no idea what they're doing. They wanted me to pay a restocking fee to exchange your phone and upgrade fee and pay off a balance. Basically they have no idea what they're doing. I called T-Mobile and they took care of my problem within three minutes and 50 seconds. So just be aware this is not a real T-Mobile store. This is an authorized retailer. They can't do everything a real store can. Plus they charge you ridiculous fees to do simple things.

Evelyn was incredible. I’ve been wondering if I should get a new Apple Watch and she made the whole process so easy for me. She showed me the ups and downs to each model and helped me get the new Apple Ultra 2 and I’m stoked. She made sure absolutely everything was in order before I left.

The people at the store absolutely lied to me!!! They tricked me into switching, took mycompletely paid off brand new phone, and after I signed everything came back with the actual facts which were nothing like what they had originally promised. Not to mention the service absolutely SUCKS!!! I’m dropping calls non stop and can’t even get coverage in my house!So finally, when I asked the them to back it all out, they refused to give me my phone back, but just agreed to pay me back $430 (my phone was worth $1500!!) I am literally out thousands of dollars and have to go now and just buy a brand new phone at AT&T!Please learn from me!!!If something sounds too good to be true RUN!Do not switch to T-Mobil.You will be sorry!!The people at this store will say anything to close a deal.Oh, and in addition it took two days over 9 hours to get everything signed up!!!!This is HELL!

Save yourself some time and emotional energy and find either a different T-Mobile location or switch carriers - unless you enjoy playing he said you said games with the company you’re trying to give money to. Sad.

I really had an exquisite experience at the T-mobile store located in Lehi, Utah. This young beautiful gentleman Braxton C. Nicholson met the requirements for a wonderful shopping experience easy breezy. I would without a doubt recommend this shop to those who need a provider.

Dex the assistant manager was absolutely amazing! He took great care of me and got me all the accessories I needed for a sweet deal! Quality of their products are amazing absolutely outstanding customer service! Thank you to sierra and mason for pitching in!!! The whole team put their efforts into getting me all my Holiday gift shopping done! Love this Store!!

Went in last month to trade in my iPhone 11 for a new iPhone 15 and had Tanner help me. I was through the process quickly and wasn’t under any pressure and felt very comfortable throughout the whole process. Nothing but honesty and integrity from the staff!

I'm pretty sad about this post. I thought I got a good deal from Dex but he lied. I read my contract and there are zero discounts and I paid full price for a S23 ultra as a new customer. I will be taking back the phone for a refund and file a formal complaint.
