Ok love the flower section. Tons of wonderful bouquets and I get them weekly from the hubby. Also, you can get scrapple which is a Maryland dish that I can only find here.

The perfect grocery store for people who don’t care about what they eat. I’ve seen an employee cough on the fountain drink machine, people who can’t figure out how to slice deli meat, and my personal favorite experience, cutting open a rotten lobster tail. Just go to Harmon’s.

Great place to shop. I have saved a ton with the fuel points. With a large family, it is easy to add up the points. They also have pricing that eivals the groceries by the ton stores.

Be very careful about letting your kids come here alone. The loss prevention associate “Shannon” specifically targets kids who are in the store, and is quick to accuse them of stealing with very little evidence to support his claims. He caused my 10 year old daughter to come home hysterically crying because he accused her of stealing and made her open her bag to prove she wasn’t. Upon confronting him, his story was inconsistent and he could not provide evidence to support his theory that the kids could have possibly been stealing. I would think twice about supporting this location, but specifically about allowing your kids to go in the store alone.

The employees aren’t friendly and usually apathetic towards customers. I’ve had my pick up order get delayed 5 times with no explanation other than ‘technical difficulties’ on my most recent time it was delayed three hours and I had to call 3 times to get my groceries. I have also gotten the wrong order 3 times. The service is an amazing idea but the pick up at this location needs a lot of work

Great shopping experience! Employees are always willing and able to help. Clean environment. I typically prefer self-checkout at other grocery stores regardless of my cart size, but the cashiers and baggers here are friendly, quick, and organized.

Their customer service is abysmal, their hours aren’t good. There are better options.

I really like this store. They have quality products, fantastic produce and meats, all at competitive or only slightly higher prices.

I’ve never seen such an act of total disrespect towards another co-worker. The lady named Kendra should be ashamed of how she treats her co-workers. Not only did I personally witness her being a nasty troll to a lady in the deli. But I also witnessed her slandering the same lady to other coworkers… This place disgusts me cause I know they allow this type of activity to go on.. I’ve seen it multiple times throughout the past few weeks.. if I was that lady I’d press herassment charges..

Smith's Pickup as a concept seems helpful. However, I'm disappointed in two things: (1) Occasionally, items are expired or about to expire and (2) the staff has discontinued sending texts about substituting items or simply removing them.

In an effort to help improve the customer experience at my neighborhood grocery store, I offer the following constructive observations:This is a beautiful, HUGE store, and most parts of it are run very well. I have always found the folks at the butcher counter to be particularly friendly and helpful. The experience at the deli counter, on the other hand, is atrocious. Today, I walked in at 1pm. I went straight to the deli, where I placed my order and was told it would be 10 minutes. There were two employees working, and there was a small line of workers ordering mainly from the hot bar. Only myself and one other customer ordered meats. I completed my shopping, went back, and my order was not ready. I walked all the way to the far side or the store and looked at Hot Wheels cars for 5 more minutes, then walked back, and my order was still not ready. Being that I have a life and other things to do, I left without my deli order. This is not the first time I have had to do this.In order to improve customer satisfaction and order accuracy, I suggest the following:1. Have one employee dedicated to the hot bar who can assist on meats when there are no hot orders.2. Have one employee dedicated to meat and cheese orders at all times. During peak hours, consider adding another.3. Take the order and make the order IMMEDIATELY! This solves the problem of customers leaving their orders behind because their orders are still not done when they are finished shopping. It also reduces mistakes and inaccuracies. I have literally ordered ham in this store, come back at the end of my shopping, and they cut me turkey. Who has time to wait for you to correct an error that should have never been made? Other examples include when I have asked to have the meat cut extra thin, and I come back, and it is cut too thick. Again, who has time at the end of a shopping trip to wait around for an error to be corrected that should have never been made?We just moved here from Houston, TX. Every grocery store there cuts your meat immediately, in front of you. They make the first slice and confirm the thickness is correct before continuing. Utah is the only place I have encountered this "place your order, come back, and hope they didn't screw it up" system.Ridiculous.
