This pharmacy is the absolute worst. I will not ever send an Rx for a patient to them ever again. Customer service is horrendous and culter is LAZY!!!!!

We get my 90-year-old mom's Rxs filled here (and there are a lot of them.) We tried others but find Smith's easy and faster along with lower priced much of the time, and the staff has been helpful all along.I set up text notices, so I see when she needs a refill when they start processing the refill or new Rx if it is out of stock, and when the RX is ready, and usually it tells me the cost...which is $0 sometimes.They helped me clarify when I needed to get ready to go overseas to some riskier areas...and during Covid identified other Smith's that had hard-to-find meds, saving me from having to transfer the RX and take longer.I have had fewer "out-of-stocks" compared to when we were using the bigger box nearby, and when needed they are usually able to get us a few to make it until they are restocked.For really expensive ones (like Eliquis) they will text to confirm to avoid sticker shock.Rarely, there is a delay for the text to go out, but that would happen more if they had to call.Unlike the major pharmacy chains, I have not had recurring issues with the "20-minute dance" where they say it will be done in "20 minutes" and in 30 minutes they say it will be done in 20 minutes repeated 2+ times.

I very rarely write reviews…but i’m not very happy with this pharmacy. I have been on a prescription for the last year and half- with no issues. Last month I went to pick up my prescription and they changed it to something different “but has the same active ingredients” I was not informed about this change. It may have had the same active ingredients but it caused side effects the other did not. I called yesterday and asked for the specific prescription to refilled the tech I talked to said okay great. I went to pick it up today and it’s the same “active ingredient” prescription they gave me the month before. I wish they would have told me upfront instead of me having to figure it out as I am already made the trip there. now I am having to call other pharmacies to see if they have my prescription.

Very unorganized, always out of order, and a very negative staff unfortunately. I tried multiple times to go through them but I never was able to get anything I needed on time and always dealt with unhappy workers that could care less about their customers and what they need.

This is my go to Grocery and Pharmacy. Fair prices. Good quality meats, produce, and dairy. Love the fuel rewards!

Customer service of the techs are horrible!!! I’m actually switching to cvs because of how rude the staff is here every single one of them act like they hate their job and the customers are a burden to them. I’ve experience the worst customer service from the drive thru with the older lady with glasses to the front . Even today going in to just ask for a oral syringe for my son because ours had broke and wouldn’t draw back his medication the tech that helped us rolled her eyes and then came back with a needle not even a oral syringe to draw back medication to give to a 1 year old . I literally dread having to go pick up my prescriptions from this pharmacy . The only reason we have stayed is because it’s down the road but at this point I’ll just drive to highland to get them. It’s also nice to read the reviews and know I’m not the only one that feels this way.

I live in very close proximity to the boujee grocery store on Traverse Mountain. However, I prefer this Smith's a million times over again! There is so many reasons I love this Smith's and find myself at it so frequently. First of all, when you get a free account with Smith's, you will start getting all kinds of savings that you didn't get before. I am pretty sure you have to have a Smith's card for all sales that they run but I could be wrong. Regardless, the savings are damn near unbeatable here. This Smith's location in particular is always very clean and they have a wonderful variety of products. They have a massive clothing section--I got a coat that was originally $100 for only $40 while I was here. They have a starbucks with a limited amount of seating. They have a full service deli and meat counter. They have a floral area and they have a huge variety of home goods and decor. I received flowers for a wonderful deal and they lasted quite a while. Things are always pretty easy to find in this store and I love that they still have the carts that I like. I recently discovered "Kroger Pay" and I am obsessed. If you don't use the Smith's app, you are missing out already but the Kroger Pay is also a whole new world. I forgot my wallet and needed to use it. I set up my card but still wasn't completely sure how it worked. I told the cashier I had Kroger Pay and she scanned it before scanning my items. Once she scanned my last item, she said, "have a good day". I was taken back. How futuristic is that. I hope I can explain this if I all the sudden have a misdemeanor for theft (joke). No...but it really felt like theft. There was no swiping anything or doing anything. Once the last item was scanned, I was good to go. Amazing! Another nearby Smith's has some super rude people working in it but I have honestly not had the same experience at this location. Everyone has always been really nice to me. The boujee grocery store on Traverse Mountain has insultingly high prices. When I was there the other day, they were selling Campbell's soup for over $2 and I have seen fruit cups for $20+.While I am fully understanding of inflation and how it has affected our food, I appreciate Smith's giving us great deals and not being super greedy with the current state of the economy. I also have just never had a bad experience with the employees here. They are always so kind and helpful. Whether it be a cashier or one of the people doing the order pickups, they always leave a lasting impression on me because of how nice they are. I will be coming to this Smith's for as long as I live in the area.

This pharmacy is great but the pharmacy techs could be a little more nicer. They act like customers are a burden to their job and genuinely don’t seem to like customers asking questions. Would like to see real improvement from management on getting a handle on this. Seems like a lot of the reviews for them mention bad attitudes.
