I started going shortly after they opened and have been really impressed with their staff and wash. I love the glass and cleaners offered at the vacuums. My kids love the soda lounge.

10x better than any quick quack and I wish there were more locations. Washes are more thorough and effective, and they give you towels and spray bottles for your vehicle by the vacuums. Highly recommend for your car cleaning needs

The best car wash I ever try.I went to so many places and they didn’t have all that shiny shell has. The employees are so kind and nice, I saw them dealing with a bad costumer yesterday and they stay patient with the situation.And of course the drinks are delicious!!!

The girl who helped us when we pulled up to pay for the car wash was incredibly rude. My husband works in construction so our bumper was covered in mud. Pulled up to the car wash the two girls looked at it sprayed it for a second and told us they can’t help us here because of the mud and told us to find a car wash to clean it ourselves. We went to Quick Quack and they were Incredible! Helped us with no issue at all. The sprayed the front of our car before going through the wash getting the mud off easy and sent us through!Needless to say, we will NEVER return to Shiny shell again. Incredibly rude employees and don’t seem to want to try to do their job. I think we would have been more understanding if the employees weren’t so rude.

Can a car wash change your life? Apparently. This company elevates a chore into what feels like self-care. I am WOWED, utterly WOWED at the customer service and common-sense amenities that this establishment offers. They get your car SO CLEAN and give you every tool you need to really to finish the job after the wash (automatic Matt cleaner, all purpose + glass spray cleaners, well stocked microfiber towels, etc.) THEY EVEN FINISH IT OFF WITH A SODA IF YOU’RE A MEMBER!I never write reviews but just had to for these guys. The membership is so worth it! I switched from Quick Quack because of a coupon and plan to continue my membership here after it ends, despite the location being future from my home. Keep up the good work over there!

I loved this car wash so much I bought a membership. Not sure why but it gets things cleaner than most drive through washes. I loved that it cleaned the bed cover on the truck bed also. My kids love getting a drink as a treat each time we go too

We love this car wash? The facility is amazing, affordable, there’s a play ground and a soda lounge. And the employees are so nice. Honestly, 5 stars isn’t enough!

Customer service could be better, most employees look like they dont want to be there.Tire shine never works right. My tires are never shiny.The dry brush does not always come down on my car.

Everything about this place is awesome! We love the playground, members lounge, free vacuums, and rewards! The staff is so kind & helpful. They’re always so nice to my kids. I will forever be a shiny shell fan. Our membership is so worth it!

There is a reason there are such great reviews here. I have had a pass at two other different car washes. They cannot hold a candle to this one. I was already impressed with their many amenities, etc. but I had an incident yesterday with a windshield wiper when going through the wash. They have gone above and beyond to help fix the issue. They have excellent customer service. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
