I come through Shiny Shell all the time and Lilly is always there with a smile. She makes the whole process easy and quick, and she’s super helpful if I have any questions about the wash. It’s rare to see someone so upbeat every time — it really makes the stop that much better.

It’s clear she cares about giving people a smooth, hassle-free visit. Shiny Shell runs well, but Lilly is the reason I keep coming back.

I come to Shiny Shell Car Wash every week, and they never disappoint! The quality is always consistent, and my car looks brand new every time I leave. A big shoutout to Lilly Ferguson—she goes above and beyond at every visit. She’s friendly, professional, and makes sure every detail is taken care of. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares this much about both the service and the customer experience. Because of Lilly and the whole team, Shiny Shell is the only car wash I’ll go to!

I really appreciate the type of young men and women who work at Shiny Shell Car Wash. Every time I come here, I am treated with respect and kindness. Whenever I’ve needed a hand—whether with the vacuum or something else—the team is always quick to help.
The staff is attentive, polite, and shows great customer service skills, especially for their age. It’s refreshing to see such professionalism and positive attitudes. The managers also do a wonderful job keeping things running smoothly and making sure both employees and customers are well taken care of.
Overall, Shiny Shell Car Wash is consistently a great experience, and I hope this team continues the excellent work they’re doing!

I had been going here for a few years, but unfortunately, my experience has taken a turn for the worse. After dealing with multiple smaller issues over time, the wash ended up damaging my truck. Which was employee error! I was told by the owner that they would take care of it, but that never happened. I ended up paying a $1,000 deductible out of pocket, and here we are—almost a year later—with still no reimbursement or resolution.
Based on how this situation was handled, I can’t recommend this place anymore. I’d strongly suggest thinking twice before trusting them with your vehicles.
Update this went to arbitration, shiny shell of course lied. This makes them as a company look horrible. Instead of taking responsibility for user error from their employee pushing the wrong button. They lied and said because I had aftermarket equipment on my vehicle. That it was damaged for that reason. When I went through that wash enough times without that brush coming down at the back. Which is actually pretty hilarious because they as a company have a policy not to have lifted trucks have that brush go down. Even in their own policy they state that. Now it looks like this is going to be taken to small claims court. Dan thanks for being dishonest. Your phone call with me admitting liability will be given to the courts and we will get back our deductible. I have only been waiting for the arbitration to be done with. Dan, what do you think will happen when a judge sees this? Good luck.

I’m picky about my car wash’s. This one is my favorite. Vacuums have never once gave me an issue and they’re strong. They have spray bottles with an all purpose cleaner and a glass cleaner rather than relying on the pre soaked rags at other car wash’s that dry up like some of the quick quacks. The air compressor is also stronger than other car wash’s.
The customer service is great. I usually see Dawson, he’s always in a good mood and super friendly

My wife goes to the one with the Duck on it, but I go here because it cleans and dries better. It also seems less harsh on the vehicle.

I love that there isn't anyone at the end offering to wipe down my car like some other car washes. I can introvert hardcore and get the insides of my cars cleaned up much more quickly than doing it at home!
