the costumer service is awful. I returned some items a month ago and still I'm not refunded. I had to call them several times and every time they said it takes 10 business days from now to refund it. They didn't even apologize for this lack of responsibility.

the staff there is so great and so helpful, but the store manager obviously has some personal issues that she needs to resolve. she’s taking it out on her managers and her staff, while doing absolutely nothing on her own. it’s not her staff’s fault that she’s unstable, and she doesn’t do anything to contribute to the store.to the store manager, DO BETTER. as for the rest of the staff, i only hope you guys get a much better manager in the future that treats you the way you deserve to be treated.
