Poor quality and overpriced.Over the last two years I wore a couple hoodies. Both of them encountered zipper issues. When taking them back, the return process was cumbersome and I was made to feel I was at fault for their lack of quality.I wont be shopping here any longer.

Despite the high prices, I knew this was the place to go to get some new clothes for some professional headshots. A woman, u fortunately I do not know her name, helped me figure out a professional outfit for the occasion. She really took her time with me to make this a great experience.

Becky is simply the best there. Im looking forward to visit the store just because of her - next time I’m in Utah. Great energy. BEST customer experience. Beautiful selection of clothes, never 2nd choice.

I just watched one of the employees (short, older woman with brown hair) snap at one of the customers for coming in through the south entrance (same entrance I was at) instead of the other entrance? I just turned around and left because I’m not going to spend time shopping at a place that makes their customers feel like second-class citizens for coming through a (public!) entrance just cause they don’t prefer it or something? Couldn’t imagine what else they would choose to make their customers feel uncomfortable about. I’ll go to the one in Park City instead.

Very nice store but with a small selection.The store wasn't as crowded as the other ones at the mall.If you need to return something you bought online, they will only help if you bring the label printed, per the online return policy stating you need to mail your returns.

Wasnt impressed with the employee mandating masks. No other store in the outlets requires them. Im normally one to comply and not complain, but the girl was rude and abrupt. So we went elsewhere. I dont believe it is a corporate policy as we went to the polo store in park city a few days ago without masks.

I brought my family to Polo Ralph Lauren today to do their back to school shopping. They refused to let us shop unless we wore masks. They do not know my family’s medical history and they have no place telling us what to wear and how to breathe. We left and went shopping else where. They lost over $1,000.00 in business from us today. We will not tolerate this and we will not be back until we are guaranteed that we will not be harassed and abused and we will be left to shop in peace. Nobody has the right to harass anybody else. Everyone can make their own choice on masking, and not bully annoying else. Do not support this store until they support you!

Bought a new shirt, washed it twice and now it's got a hole through the sleeve. Less than 2 weeks and it's ruined. Quality has clearly gone down the drain. Store employee said there's nothing she could do. Waste of money.
