“I always love walking into Macey's. It's clean, every employee is friendly and helpful, and the pharmacy is our favorite. The prices aren't always the lowest but sometimes it's worth it to shop at a store where you always know you'll be right. Always a lovely experience.”

“It's a convenient place to get gasoline and diesel fuel. Their prices aren't the cheapest though. You can use your Smiths loyalty rewards to go towards reduced Fuel prices if you shop at Smiths often enough.”

“I have had a great experience here. I used to use Walgreens because I thought it was convenient going somewhere with longer hours but after months where every prescription pickup required spending 40 minutes in a drive through line, and multiple where I then found out they were out of stock or couldn’t find my RX I couldn’t do it anymore. I switched to Rexall for my own sanity and I’m so glad I did. They are so nice and always willing to help make sure we have what we need even if the doctor is slow on the refills. I do agree with others that they should be wearing masks but I have used only the drive up window the past 6+ months so I have no direct contact with them anyway.”

“I love this pharmacy! I had nothing but bad experiences with Walgreens in both Lehi and Saratoga springs. Their lines were always at least 10 people deep, and moved VERY slow. Also, the employees acted like I was putting them out when picking up prescriptions. I had enough, and transferred all of my prescriptions to Macy's, and couldn't be happier! They are always friendly and helpful, something I never experienced at Walgreens. There are hardly any lines when I go, and if there is even one person ahead of me in line, they always acknowledge me, and get my prescription all ready to go, so it is ready at the counter when I get to the register. Also, Walgreens always seemed to be out of some of my medications when trying to pick up a refill, and I would have to go several days without medication. I have never run into this at Macy's, with the exception of one popular generic prescription. It wasn't their fault, however, because the manufacturer was completely out, so their hands were tied in not being able to fulfill my refill. Luckily, my insurance paid for the name brand, and they had that in stock, so I was able to get my medication.My only complaint is they are closed on Sundays. I have a medication that I can only refill every 30 days, and not a day sooner. If this falls on a Sunday, I can't have my medication that day and have to wait until Monday. I also wish they had a drive-thru for more convenience. But, with all my positive experiences there, I am still very happy with their customer service and support. I hope they continue with their great service, because I will be a customer for life if they do. Thank you, Macy's!”

Never had any bad experience sometimes on Sundays they don't open enough registers but it's a great place to get everything you need and I love the freebie coupons and Fuel points. At Christmas there are a lot of good deals and discounts. Everyone is always friendly and helpful.”

“Just want to show some extra gratitude to all the pharmacists, nurses, and technicians here. They're a busy group, but they've provided great customer service to my husband and me through the years. I wish I could name this one woman (tall with short hair) who is a total rockstar here! She's always SO SWEET to my little boy when he's with me. I'll never forget one morning they were short on staff, and she was JUGGLING SO MUCH that morning. She was still so pleasant despite the stress she was experiencing and still managed to serve my order promptly.

“Jared is doing such a great job with these two beautiful smart girls! They open and close the phone calls so well each and every time I come to get a prescription. They always use clean language, they sanitize the pharmacy and have very clean hands. I’m going through a lot being on house arrest and it’s really important to take my medication and have a clean record. I come into grab my medicine and they don’t judge me badly or be mean to me with an ankle monitor. They are very loving and respectful to my mom who’s a registered nurse and my disabled dad.Thanks to judge James Brady for letting me be on the outside fighting to keep a clean record and be a productive member of society. My family doctor at premier family medical loves this place as well and they are so quick to get stuff done and communicate very well and professional. “We get my 90-year-old mom's Rxs filled here (and there are a lot of them.) We tried others but find Smith's easy and faster along with lower priced much of the time, and the staff has been helpful all along.I set up text notices, so I see when she needs a refill when they start processing the refill or new Rx if it is out of stock, and when the RX is ready, and usually it tells me the cost...which is $0 sometimes.They helped me clarify when I needed to get ready to go overseas to some riskier areas...and during Covid identified other Smith's that had hard-to-find meds, saving me from having to transfer the RX and take longer.I have had fewer "out-of-stocks" compared to when we were using the bigger box nearby, and when needed they are usually able to get us a few to make it until they are restocked.For really expensive ones (like Eliquis) they will text to confirm to avoid sticker shock.Rarely, there is a delay for the text to go out, but that would happen more if they had to call.Unlike the major pharmacy chains, I have not had recurring issues with the "20-minute dance" where they say it will be done in "20 minutes" and in 30 minutes they say it will be done in 20 minutes repeated 2+ times.”
