I dont even quarantine anymore when buying from them and never have had a sickness occur. Out of 50ish fish ordered from them iv only lost 3 due to shipping stress. They’ve offered to order items they didn’t have in store or have it transferred from their other location if needed. I’m so happy I live nearby!”

“I just want to thank Lyndzee and her team for the great customer service I received at the Saratoga location. I had accidentally purchased 2 50lb bags of dog food online and my pup decided she didn't like it anymore. I had 1 bag still in the shipping box. When I returned it I was told their return policy is 30 days. Well this was 60 or more days out. They not only allowed me to return it for some dog treats they also gifted me a small bag of their brand (4health) of puppy food to try. Which my dog loves, so we will be back. “Pet store # 5 for the weekend. My daughter's beta didn't make it through the weekend and she wanted a new friend. Here is where she found her new friend. They had one of the largest selections of beta fish. And the selection of "other" fish was pretty impressive. The young man working in the fish section was very knowledgeable and very patient with my daughter and her line up of potential new fish. When my daughter final found "the one" he also helped select tears and food for her buddy. The other employees we encountered we very helpful and friendly. Over all a pleasant experience.”

“Now these are some amazing dog treats.
Thanks to these delicious little snacks, my wife and I have been able to train our cockapoo, Bear, several tricks. His favorite being a wave and a high five for a freeze-dried beef liver bite. Because the Pupford treats have such a low calorie amount and minimal ingredients, we felt much better about giving our little friend a reward more often :)
