I love this pharmacy! I had nothing but bad experiences with Walgreens in both Lehi and Saratoga springs. Their lines were always at least 10 people deep, and moved VERY slow. Also, the employees acted like I was putting them out when picking up prescriptions. I had enough, and transferred all of my prescriptions to Macy's, and couldn't be happier! They are always friendly and helpful, something I never experienced at Walgreens. There are hardly any lines when I go, and if there is even one person ahead of me in line, they always acknowledge me, and get my prescription all ready to go, so it is ready at the counter when I get to the register. Also, Walgreens always seemed to be out of some of my medications when trying to pick up a refill, and I would have to go several days without medication. I have never run into this at Macy's, with the exception of one popular generic prescription. It wasn't their fault, however, because the manufacturer was completely out, so their hands were tied in not being able to fulfill my refill. Luckily, my insurance paid for the name brand, and they had that in stock, so I was able to get my medication. My only complaint is they are closed on Sundays. I have a medication that I can only refill every 30 days, and not a day sooner. If this falls on a Sunday, I can't have my medication that day and have to wait until Monday. I also wish they had a drive-thru for more convenience. But, with all my positive experiences there, I am still very happy with their customer service and support. I hope they continue with their great service, because I will be a customer for life if they do. Thank you, Macy's!

It's no wonder my wife hates Macey's. When I ask her why, the first thing she mentions is the terrible produce section. The accessibility and plentiful parking of the Lehi location are the only things Macey's has going right, but there is an underlying reason the parking lot is empty. Trying to shop there is a frustrating experience I'll do my best to avoid in the future. To be generous, I found the produce selection to almost verge on marginal, and the quality to be so-so, (I guess my wife is more particular than I am), yet the prices seem quite high. For example, just this morning I looked at the price of peaches and grapes, each of which was priced at Macey's over 3x the price another supermarket chain in the area had listed just a couple of days ago. Then when you finally pick something with a price you can live with, there are no check-out clerks. Zero. Self-checkout only, take it or leave it. The self-checkout system is pulling up different prices than what was posted back in the produce section, sometimes high, sometimes low. Many items don't have bar codes, so you're guessing what they call the item in their system, but nothing pulls up that matches the prices they posted in the produce section. To make things worse, there isn't even an attendant to come help amend the discrepancies. It's like a ghostland. Even the service desk was empty. Does ANYBODY work here? Did I miss the fire drill? It almost seems as if Macey's is overtly TRYING to lose business... They can congratulate themselves on losing mine. (They lost my wife's business years ago). Maybe they're already going out of business at the Lehi location (I can't say I would shed a tear) and I somehow snuck in just before they close their doors, at least that's what it felt like. Enough is enough... Unable to checkout accurately and honestly, and with no assistance available, nobody to even make eye contact with, I left the items I intended to purchase right there at the self-checkout kiosk and walked out empty-handed in frustration. You would think someone might care, but nope. Nada! There was no one there to even give a flying crap that I just left my items and was walking out. This was just before 9 am! Am I amiss to think that at this time of day a grocery store might actually be functioning? Hopefully, some time before the doors get locked tonight some employee will show up to work and find my chosen items sitting there. It is mind-boggling that Macey's has apparently been in the grocery business for years and has locations all across the region, yet struggles in their inept attempt to cover the very basics. Hint to Macey's management: (1) It is common for potential customers to evaluate a supermarket by the produce section. Your executive decision to not compete on produce selection, quality and price seems to be leading to your demise. (How many stores has Macey's closed in the last 5 years? Sheesh!) (2) If you can actually get a customer in your store, despite your reputation for having the worst produce of all the supermarket chains in the Mountain West, you probably want said customers to select products and actually go through the entire purchasing process. Sorry if these concepts are earth-shattering.

Called to see if they had my prescription in stock as there is a shortage and my normal pharmacy is out. I'm very sick and they asked if I fill my prescriptions there regularly which I replied no . They then said they wouldn't fill mine so they could save it for their regular customers. I know this is their right but it seems so wrong to be able to deny someone who is sick their medication.

Lauana the Manager went above and beyond to help me. She was patient, kind, and understood what I was trying to accomplish. She should be promoted to whatever is above her current status. I will return just because of Lauana's understanding of customer service. AMAZING!

Conveniently located off of the freeway, entrance to the Main St. Lehi. How can you not like this location, when it's located so close to the infamous "Footloose" Lehi Rolling Mills? Where are my Kevin Bacon fans at?! The store is spacious and a bit bigger than I'm used to. Employees are friendly and eager to help. I was pretty happy when they still carried dole whip here, but saddened to know they ran out of the regular dole whip mid-day. The only dole whip available when I came was the orange dole whip. Nevertheless, great customer service and fast checkout.

Great service... Scott the pharmacist is always kind and has a friendly attitude. His staff of pharmacy techs are always happy to help and answer any questions you may have without making you feel uncomfortable. All around great experience. I wouldn't go to any other pharmacy.

The produce department is a complete disaster. None of the produce is rotated properly. The wet vegetable section is horrendous. The vegetables are old and rotting.

Asked the butcher (or who ever was at the meat dept. counter) to cut us a fresh T bone since we only wanted one steak. Was told to buy a two pack and they would take one out. Every T bone that was out had been on the shelf for 5 days and had a sale buy date for the next day! You pay that much for a T bone that’s starting to brown. Pharmacy is great but watch anything you buy from the meat department. Straight up lazy

This is an extremely biased review, because I used to live a few blocks from a Macey's grocery store, and absolutely loved it... This place just reminds me of college, and some good memories. I like how friendly all of the employees are, and I appreciate how it appears they go out of their way to make the store look clean. There is a bank inside, but I don't have a membership at that bank. Haha Great store, can't say anything but amazing things.

The entire staff within the pharmacy, at this location are absolutely on top of their game! Complete professionalism, and competency. I’m treated with dignity, and very promptly. I enjoy my time there, and recommend giving them your business.
