I was genuinely impressed by Bryton—he’s one of the very few employees I’ve come across who proactively checks in to see if customers are finding everything okay. He approached us at just the right moment, when my husband and I were unsure about a few products, and his willingness to help made a real difference. That kind of initiative and customer care really stood out to me.

Lowe's has been one of my favorite stores for a long time. They give me a military discount, and I can earn MyLowes points through purchases. I have been going to Lowe's extensively the past 4 months as I remodel my home. The prices are favorable, and they have a good return policy. Personally, I prefer Lowe's over Home Depot, and the Home Depot is literally across the street. Lately, I have been doing flooring and baseboard replacement. My house is looking great thanks to the diligent labor of myself and others and the supplies that we buy through Lowe's. Thank you, Lowe's.

I worked with Sydney in the delivery side of Lowes, she is very professional and kind. Sydney was able to get my issue resolved and worked hard to satisfy my delivery and compensation for the issues that occured. Thank you for your assistance Sydney.

I was looking for a few things and out of the 17 employees I passed none offered assistance (when they saw I looked lost—- and I circled the interior of the store 3 times). I asked 5 people for assistance. One woman said “I can’t right now I’m checking prices.” Another 3 said “sorry I don’t work on this department”, and another pretended to not hear me— I wasn’t talking softly. I guess this is why many people prefer shopping online.
2 stars for a clean store. I won’t return.

This isnt really directed to this store specifically but really all Lowe’s. I don’t know what you guys got in your head that us irrigators. Wanna walk clear to the back of the store just to get products only to find out that you don’t carry half of the things that are necessary or it’s just out of stock and up on the shelf high up so we can’t get it. It’s a running theme with every Lowe’s. This place is no different. Then not to be able to exit out of the door that I came into is just icing on the cake. I will not be coming back to any Lowe’s ever again.

Bought paint. When we opened it the paint was stuck together and thick. We brought it back to ask them to mix it better and they said they don't sell the product here even though it literally has their address and store number on the can. 🙄
Lesson learned. Don't get paint from Lowes. You might ask them to work and give you the product you paid for, that's not acceptable here.

Pretty good for a Lowe's location, but given the choice I will usually go to Home Depot across the street. They just have a limited selection in plumbing and electrical supplies. They generally have a great Christmas selection though!

Horrible service at the pro desk waited over an hour for someone to load a pallet of cement. As a contractor thats been to pretty much every lowes in northern utah this one is the worst.
The only helpful employee was andy on the lift that had to reming the pro employees that i was still waiting for my order. Thanks again andy. He should get a raise.

Just went to Lowes to pick up a shopvac and did not take a cart because, well we all know when you have a cart you buy more.. So I asked a young associate Named Matthew where they were and he stopped what he was doing walked me over. Asked if I had a cart and I explained No.. I can just carry it and he refused to let me. He said No. I got it! And walked all the way down the store to the check out and I said thank you. He stood there while I checked out and insisted on taking it to my car for me as well!

I was trying to buy a shade tree. I found the tree outside without cost on sticker. I took a photo of the sticker and asked on the registry how much it would cost. She checked and told me that there was no information about it. I asked what I needed to do if I took the tree to the registry. She said nothing I do not have anything for that tree and you can not buy it. Does anyone care about this business here? Such a mess.

That's a nice store you can find great things for your house in and outside also they have nice service too
