K & S is awesome. I will always go to them with car issues. Shawn was great to work with and he is very detailed. Our car had to go in 3 separate times for the same issue, but Shawn worked with us until the issue was resolved, even though it had nothing to do with him or his work.
If you have car issues, go to K&S.
If you're having car problems, I feel bad for you, son. I've got 99 problems, but my car ain't 1! (Thanks to K&S).

Shawn was absolutely amazing to work with!! Our AC went out on our SUV & rather than deal with the dealership we bought it from, we went to K & S. There were a few hiccups with the repair (none of which were Shawn’s part or preventable), but Shawn followed through to make sure it got fixed — even spending a whole day on it to figure out the issue! Their pricing is also very, very fair.

I’ve gone here 3 times for the same problem of an engine oil light and asked them why it kept going off, they never told me the problem and told me the sensor had an issue. I eventually went to a different place and they told me there was an oil leak and a screw in my tire! K&s has ripped me off multiple times and never told me anything that they did with it. don’t waste your time.

On my way to work one morning, my fuel pump I recently had replaced went out on me. Unfortunately, the closest shop I could be towed to was… K&S Auto. I say unfortunately, because I have never felt so taken advantage of, by an auto shop. I was in a tough spot, and I felt they saw that, and ran with it. $120 for labor? Understandable. $400 for a fuel pump on a Hyundai Elantra?!?! And the audacity of the mechanic to tell me something along the lines of, “maybe this one will last you longer this time.” when I questioned a part that is at most, $150 for my car. $600’s later, I’m sure these guys sleep just fine at night, knowing I don’t know how I’m going feed me and my daughter this month. I hope this helps someone not leave this shop in tears, like I did yesterday.

Amazing auto shop! Iv been taking my cars here since I first started driving. My parents did the same for years. Fantastic speed and quality from a group of workers who will treat you like family. I have never been dissatisfied. I have even had multiple experiences where the crew has gone above and beyond to serve me. Take your car here if it needs anything.

We have been going to K&S for 3-4 years. They came highly recommended by many people (found out recently, they are family members). At first, they did a great job. So we kept going to them. Then it was problem, after problem, after problem!! They would fix something and within months, it was broken again. Brakes/rotors, fuel pump, CV **********.I thought we just had a dud of a car, I asked for the all the paperwork and what not so I could sell it. Then I started talking about my car problems to friends and told them where I was going and so many of them told me to stop going there.I had to go get new brakes and rotors today. I took it to a new mechanic, I was telling him all the stuff that had just been done 2-4 months ago, showing them the invoices, was asking a bunch of questions. This new mechanic said, wait, what? You just had that replaced? How long ago? they didnt fix that! They are ***** as all get out! Then proceeded to pull my car BACK into the garage, put it up on the lift and show me! Sure enough, both axles are ***** and yes, I took pictures!! So K&S either used, used parts, or left in my original parts! But of course, they charged me full price!They are just fitting the stigma of shady mechanics! Stealing peoples money. Im so disappointed and so mad!
