They helped me every step of the way Made sure everything was exactly what I wanted. Kept me updated on everything going on. They also helped me get an amazing deal on my custom piece of jewelry. I really thought it would be more than I was willing to pay and they helped make it a great deal. I will always be returning to this location, even though it’s relatively far from my house and I passed other key jewelers to get there. However, customer service is above and beyond, and their knowledge is significantly better than many other stores I visited.
