I had accidentally purchased 2 50lb bags of dog food online and my pup decided she didn't like it anymore. I had 1 bag still in the shipping box. When I returned it I was told their return policy is 30 days. Well this was 60 or more days out. They not only allowed me to return it for some dog treats they also gifted me a small bag of their brand (4health) of puppy food to try. Which my dog loves, so we will be back.
