Hours are wrong. All of the doors are locked at 8:15 on a Saturday, so it looks like it closed at 7 or 8, not 9.

I went in to h&m to find a dress and found so much more. I had to split payments and Sydney was so sweet and patient about helping me. I also didn’t know if I had a rewards number or not and she helped me find it. I say give the girl a raise!

Seriously though. I'm trying to figure out what the staff is payed to do. They don't provide access to fitting rooms, they don't help people shop, and heaven forbid they should have to lift a finger to take your money! I've received better service at a cashierless McDonald's. At least there they bring me the wrong order with a smile!

WORST customer service ever. Firs of all, the online the schedule says they closed at 9pm and I showed up at the store at 6:45pm for them to remove a FREAKING magnet they forgot in one of the pieces I bought, and they were CLOSED. When I knocked on the door for help, someone came and showed me a little paper that said "please come back tomorrow". Are you serious??? to remove a magnet that in the first place is THEIR job to remove? Unbelievable!!!

Management was extremely rude, the cashier (red head) was literally kicking us out and saying out loud rude comments about us, people like that should not work in costumer service.
