Could not ask for better service! Last week we discovered two days before a road trip that we had a starting-stopping problem with our Highlander. I explained our dilemma. Garrin's had a full schedule but took us in and found time to fix the problem within two days. We picked up the car the night before our trip. Great service, great staff, great price. The best in auto repair. Wayne Mangelson

These guys saved our Thanksgiving. We were driving from Seattle to Denver and started to have car trouble. They got us in, fixed our truck, and got us back on the road. They did the work we needed and nothing extra. Our truck is in great shape, and we made it all the way to our families. Thanks!!

I haven’t had the best of experiences with car mechanics so I really didn’t have the highest expectations for my experience with Garrin’s Automotive. However, they certainly exceeded even the highest expectations! Very professional and timely experience. Cost effective and I love that I got to support a local business!Services: General repairs & maintenance

My 2006 Tahoe has a service airbag light on. The Chevy dealership diagnosed it for free and said the repair would be $600. Obviously I took it to in for a second opinion. Took it to Garrins for a second opinion and to inquire about a broken AC fan. Garrin charged me a $221 diagnostic fee for 2 hrs of labor and quoted me $800 for the airbag light.I couple years ago I also took my Tahoe there because it wouldn't start. They charged me $60 for a new battery which didn't fix the problem. They said they didn't know what was wrong and they couldn't find another problem. Took it to another mechanic who easily figured out I needed a new starter. Problem solved. These guys are incompetent and they will overcharge you.

Update. I’d super pass on this place. Diagnostic work was about $270 for wiper nozzle and oil sensor. It took them 90 minutes to get that information. They didn’t put the oil sensor back in right and it spewed oil for a few weeks. Took it to jiffy lube and they got it fixed.Nice people. Little parking.

Garrins is a great place a middle aged woman can go without being ripped off or talked down to. The guys are nice, clean, and explain things plainly. I trust them with my entire family's vehicles.Services: Auto body & trim repair

Garrin's got my vehicle in so quickly .Clint was great to work with and I was back on the road the next day! They recommended John's towing and John had it at the shop in 20 minutes. As a single woman I couldn't ask to be treated any more professional. Thanks Garrins!

Clint was great to work with. I had a nissan xterra that had a oil leak and got it fixed within a couple hours of our phone call. The next day I returned it because I thought it was still leaking and they promptly inspected it and reassured me it was fixed the first time. It was just residual oil from the past still making its way.Haven't seen a drop on the ground since...Will definitely return for future work on my vehicles. They offer a fantastic warranty for their work for peace of mind!

I called Garrin’s because I felt the dealership was overcharging me for some basic work and I’ve heard good things about Garrin’s. I called and spoke with Clint he was very knowledgeable and great to work with. I set a time and they had my car up and going in that time frame. I would definitely go back.Services: Auto power window repair

TLDR; Not a very good experience. We got scammed out of $150 for no work done on our vehicle. We scheduled an appointment to have our driver seat motor repaired/replaced in our Chevy Equinox. We were told to bring it in and it could be done the day of the appointment. We arrived at 0930, were told that they were going to take a look and get it fixed, and we left the vehicle for repair. At 430PM after not receiving any word on the status of the vehicle and no answer to our phone calls I stopped in to pickup my vehicle.Instead I was told that a part would need to be ordered, and that the diagnostic would be $150. There is NO signage in the front area detailing pricing, we were not told there would be an upfront cost to “determine” what the issue was, we signed no agreements and our vehicle was held hostage until we paid for NO REPAIRS MADE. It’s now a week later and I’ve had no update. I’m just assuming they took my money and ran with no intent to order the part and finish the job.I’ve never felt more scammed or stolen from. The best I can do is file a chargeback and dispute the charge as no work was done and no agreement was made that I pay for a diagnostic. The staff member that took my phone call, scheduled my appointment, assured us we could get service at the shop and NEVER told us about any “diagnostic” fees was Clint, I would advise you steer clear of him if you must use this shop and if possible avoid this shop at all costs, less you be scammed as well.

Great experience with Garrin Auto. They were very helpful. Very good at communicating our problem with our car. (The reason it was leaking oil). Great customer service! Thank you!

After repeated issues with our car and Midas never seeming to fix the issue, we took it to Garrin's instead. They diagnosed the problems reasonably fast, charged us more than fairly for the repairs (less than Midas for more work), and told us if the same problem came up again, they wouldn't charge us to figure it out. I can really appreciate that kind of business practice.
