Ms. Wiser -District Manager SPARC Group: I want to give an AMAZING SHOUT OUT to MS DAWN- manager of the Eddie Bauer Outlet- in Lehi. I came in to swap for a larger size and Ms Dawn was so patient and helpful; even when issues arose because of technical difficulties (no fault of hers) with the new POS system. I've never shopped at Eddie Bauer before but I actually really liked it. I got some really nice, comfortable staple pieces here. Some nice jeans and leggings and some good simple shirts.

Let me first start by saying the Outlet in Lehi, Utah is amazing but the level of superior customer service given by Christlyn is phenomenal. I’ve been in sales a majority of my life. I close million dollar deals. This lady is someone I would have on my own team. She goes above and beyond with customers. I’ve experienced this first hand. She remembers me and my name from a year ago when I moved to Utah from KY and was in desperate need of a winter coat. A week after buying the coat it came apart. I tossed it in the closet and was going to throw away the $300 coat. I mentioned it in passing while shopping recently in store. She said to bring it in and they would make it right. I have always been a loyal customer but the level of service that she gives had me telling everyone to go see her in Lehi. You have an awesome lady and she deserves all the good things in life. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

They don't carry petite length pants. They told me to try a regular Eddie Bauer. Nope. I'll order online elsewhere. The outlets mall this is attached to is highly enticing.
