Overheard the manager training her workers that they don’t have to accept $20 bills - even though their posted policy is different (she was irritated she had to get change for one of the registers). She was also happy to chit chat with one of the other workers while there was a long line at the only open register.

Every time I go to this location. I have had a bad experience with the manager, Becky. One time I returned something and had to sign the return receipt. Becky told me that my signature was not a signature but a printed name. It was absolutely my signature. Pretty sure I know the difference. The last time I went, Becky was yelling at customers because they had not put something back on the shelf. However, there was was no one in the aisle with her so she was just yelling for the sake of yelling. She is mean and rude all of the time.

When I was younger, I Iived by this store. I was given 20$ to spend, it was my first time shopping alone. I went to the store and collected a few items I wanted to buy, but wasn't sure if I'd get them yet. I wanted to spend my 20$ wisely. As I was doing so, Becky came along and told me to leave. I was stunned, and asked why and she accused me of stealing. I told her " I'm not, I have 20$ I'm going to spend" and she told me to leave anyway, etc. This was probably when I was 10-12? I've come back a few times later on in my life, (I'm 24) and surprisingly she still works here. She's rude, hostile with coworkers and customers. It's interesting she still works here with how she treats people but I mean, it's dollar tree. You get 1$ customer service.

I do love dollar tree when it comes to price. It's so convenient when I don't want to go to wally world or Macy's. BUT, the customer service is AWFUL. The manager there is so rude. She yells, and she is rude to both customers and employees. I stopped going there for a while just because I didn't want to run into her, then came back last night, she ended up being there, and once again I had a terrible experience. It makes things awkward and uncomfortable.And an employee named porter was a little rude too. Which I found unacceptable, but at the same time, I noticed he was just as irritated with the manager as I was. Looks like it was a bad day for Porter. Please someone fix this behavior lol. You're gonna lose loyal customers. I'mma have to go to saratoga springs instead. Don't waste my time and gas. ?Show some love dollar tree. People, like that. ?

Staff member Bec is really rude. I dropped an item on the floor. I picked it up and put it on the shelf and she yelled at me “that’s not where that belongs” I said it’s good that your job is to make sure it’s put back where it belongs. She said “that’s not my job. It’s yours to put it back where you found it “. Right after this she answered the phone and I heard her tell a customer she was too busy to look to see if they carried an item. She said “I have a really long line and I’m just too busy “ I was the only person in the store at that time. My advice, all dollar stores are the same. Go to one where the staff treats you better.

Customer service was terrible and cashier was not polite. He was rude and passive aggressive, and blamed me for a chip reader malfunction.
