Their policy is to refuse to tell patients whether their medication is in stock.

I called ahead of time, ordered my prescription refills, they said it would be ready today after 10am. I arrived after 6pm, give them the Single Care discount codes, & she tells me to wait an extra half hour while she gets the prescription ready. I ask why, it is supposed to be ready after 10am, no explanation given. Apparently it's due to the line of people waiting. They have other registers, why can't they open another register (?). This extra half hour is after waiting 20 mins while she punches in the discount codes. Disappointing customer service.

They told me my medication was ready and it wasn't, I confirmed multiple times on the phone. They said I could just come pick it up the next day. Tried picking it up and not only was it not ready they didn't have it in stock. Multiple days without it at this point. If you have a medicine that is important, go somewhere else.

Put in an order for a refill and they said to come in a couple hours. So I did. Waited in line for 20+ minutes only to have them tell me that my insurance didn't accept it. She ran it again and said they did accept it and it would take another couple hours. They should have called me when they couldn't refill it instead of having me wait a couple hours, wait in line for 20 minutes and then tell me to come back. My prescription should have been filled regardless if my insurance covered it or not. This is a reason Walgreens is not my favorite place to go. They almost always have a long wait at the drive through window.

I was getting a prescription transferred to this location. I called and the technician on the other line sounded annoyed that I dared disrupt his day. He then looked up my account, which doesn't allow you to see the name of the prescription being filled at a different location. So he asks me the name of the prescription which I do my best to explain, he says it's too generic and will transfer me to a pharmacist to check what the name of the prescription is. Well the pharmacist answers and is also annoyed that I am calling. He is quick to tell me the name but I don't get the spelling of it. He tells me they should have it in stock. I'm on hold for the technician for 22 minutes before I hang up. Call my original pharmacy, get the correct spelling, and call back. A new technician answers and she sounds annoyed as well. At this point I feel like a jerk for taking up so much of their time. Except it's literally their jobs. She gets the transfer made. They tell me it won't be ready till 10:00 the following day. I get a cal the following day that says the prescription isn't available. Mind you this is a time sensitive prescription to fight an infection. I call the pharmacy in tears and tell her I had 3 people confirm this prescription with me. To which she says, "I see it's ready for pick up. You can pick it up. Ok bye" she pretty much cut me off as I tried to tell her thank you and sorry for the confusion. I haven't gone and picked it up yet but I am terrified to get there and not have a prescription.

Don't go here. The staff, to put it kindly, are incompetent. I waited 2 months to have my prescriptions transferred from my previous pharmacy to this Walgreens. They still never managed to get it done. They make many mistakes , and there is no synchronization of patient and medication info across the Walgreens app, website, texting, and the physical location. There is one pharmacy tech who is especially rude. She has defective listening and comprehension skills, along with a lousy, snippy attitude. Today, she kept interrupting me and laughed at me when I tried to explain my situation to her. I told her it wasn't funny, called her an idiot, and said I was going to transfer my medications to a different pharmacy chain. When I called Walgreens customer service to complain, they were just as apathetic and incompetent as the individuals at the pharmacy.

I've used this pharmacy for about 15 years. For the past 5 years, I've thought about changing to anything else. The service has become terrible, but changing is a big hassle. Walgreens finally pushed me over the edge today. My family has a cruise planned, and sadly, our youngest daughter has to get a COVID immunization to go. We have a limited time to get the immunization done. I made the HUGE MISTAKE of trusting Walgreens to do what they said they would. I schedule an appointment days in advance, showed up on time, and had them tell me sorry, we're out. I understand running out. I don't understand having so little regard for your customer that you can't pick up the phone and call them to let them know. Instead, I had to drive to the store, wait 10 minutes longer in their line to be told they are out. Now, I'm scrambling to find someone else who will do what Walgreens promised. I'm almost to the point I'll have to tell my daughter, "Sorry, you can't go on vacation with the rest of us because Walgreens let us down." Whatever you do, DO NOT TRUST THIS WALGREENS WITH ANYTHING CRITICAL!

This is a terrible pharmacy and by picking up prescriptions from this Walgreens health is put at risk. The pharmacists goof up on orders, they show know care to the customers or the company thst they work for. The workers in the pharmacy are deliberately slow, rude, and refuse to answer questions a out medications. Never a good experience! Having all of my prescriptions sent to CVS where the difference is of night and day! Do not risk your life by picking up your medication from the trash in that dump!

I just wanted to let you know I'm canceling all of my prescriptions and my family's prescriptions at the Walgreens in Lehi, UT due to the poor customer service and the continued mistakes their pharmacy department has of giving a time for a pickup and failing. The lady I spoke with thru the drive thru today was extremely rude and said "they were busy" is why they quoted me today to pick up my 6 month old sons medication. Well today I'm transferring every bit of mine and my family's medication to CVS.

Horrible pharmacy. I went to get a prescription filled. The pharmacy closes at 6:00pm but I was in line well before 6:00pm. When I got to the window they told me they didn't have the prescription in their system. Fine, I had a paper copy. They then told me they couldn't fill it because they were closed. Absolutely ridiculous. I also had a prescription that had been called in that I had filled there because their info on GoodRx showed it as $38.00. When I went to pick it up they said it would be $125. I had the coupon printed and on my phone. They still said it was the higher price. The pharmacist was ZERO help in both cases and very rude. Will NEVER go there again!

Worst Walgreens yet. Staff is rude, disrespectful and unwilling. During this period of time when we have to get tested for COVID for traveling purposes this store could not move one finger to be helpful. They didn't want to be empathetic or kind. They didn't want to listen or spend 5 extra minutes to help a customer. They say they couldn't do it. They say "There is nothing I can do to help you". Really? How come the Walgreen's in SLC could? Yep it took the manager of that store 5 minutes to resolve the issue! The reason for this behavior is not policy... It is a combination of laziness, poor training, unhappy employees, power hungry managers and terrible terrible customer service. I guess in times like this we can see business true colors. Avoid this store if you can.

avoid at all costs. I've given them three or four chances and they fumbled to my prescription. Either takes more than a day for them to fill. and they are super rude even when they give you the run-around. I think people go here because it's convenient of the drive-thru. I switch to CVS at Target in American fork. Way nicer and they give you a text when your prescription is ready. I'm happy to walk in and get it if it means I don't have to keep coming back.

The girl who checked me out wasn't in uniform. She wouldn't look up at me because she was to busy cutting up a sticker. I had to ask her which register she worked at, and she wouldn't even say hello, nor make eye contact. I absolutely love Walgreens, but this was not proper work etiquette.

This is our pharmacy of choice. Friendly staff and when there is a wait...they seem to keep the line moving. Like the drive through option and LOVE the hours. I mean it's a pharmacy but it's a pharmacy with little to no pain in it's use.
