Terrible service and very unhelpful. Wouldn’t listen to my concern and was just pushing his own agenda. I know my car and what Costco has done and Josh wouldn’t help with the concern or try and figure it out by listening to me- he only wanted to sell me something I didn’t need.

Josh the manager is nice. But go to Saratoga springs! The waiting time is horrendous though! 3 hours for rotation, and install. Don't lie people, and say an hour and a half, if you plan to take 3 hours! This location tire center needs its staff wiped out, and start over.

Called to order tires and to schedule them to be installed. Spoke with Josh. When I showed up for the appointment it wasn't in their system. They were able to work me in but I asked Reese to check and change my tire sensors and that didn't happen. When I asked about it at pickup they said, "Oh, you can do that next time you are in". They don't care about the customer AT ALL. Worst Costco experience I have ever had.

I called in today with a question and Andrea took down my information and said she would call me back. Honestly, I didn't expect a call back because I know that they get busy or people forget but she did! She called me back with the information I needed and was just awesome. Lately I feel that customer service has gone down a lot but Andrea restored my faith.

We've used this location several times over the last 4 years but the service has gone downhill the last few times we've used them. I went in to get two tires replaced. Unfortunately they replaced the wrong ones. When I returned and told them what happened they got angry and said they would never make a mistake like that... then tried to sell me another two tires.

They don't trust their members. Walk up to the self checkout and if you're young they will go out of their way to ask for your Costco ID card with the bs "I'll scan your card for you". Why do I waste my money with these fools who want to go woke. Sam's club is the better choice now

When you get an appointment it's more of a suggestion time. I brought mine in 30 mins early to a rotation just in case, then it took them 2 hours after that to get it done. What is the point of an appointment when it takes 20+mins to just talk to someone at the front desk. Then have it ready 1:30 mins after your scheduled time.

The Lehi Costco manager Jody is not very nice to employees, customers and vendors. I don't understand how Costco wants this kind of manager.

Went in with a flat tire. They took 1 hour to “fix it”. The next day the tire was flat again. They also stripped 2 of my lug nuts and took one from the back tire to replace one of the two stripped in the front. Had to drive around missing 2 lug nuts over the weekend. Took it back in.. this time they took 1 hour and a half before they could even take it in. Costco might be a good place to buy tires from but if you have a flat tire.. you’re better off at another place.

I had an appointment at 11am and they requested I come 15 minutes early to pay for the tires. They said it would take between 1 to 1.5 hrs to put them on my car. BUT they didn't finish until after 2pm. The tech said the other mechanic put my keys inside my car and they couldn't find them and that's what took so long. I call BS on that statement because I gave my keys to the guy that just lied to my face. Over 3 hours to put 4 tires on my little car! Totally unacceptable customer service.

I love Costco! Every store I go to has such great customer support. I'm never disappointed with their products and great prices too! My only complaint is that I usually spend way more than I should :)

I booked an appointment so that I wouldn’t have to wait, ended up waiting 10 to 15 minutes in a line just to get to the counter and was told it would take an hour and a half to swap out my tires, but that he would call me when they were done. I proceeded to hang out in Costco for an hour and 45 minutes and decided to check back with them because I still hadn’t heard from them … went back and turns out it had been done for 50 minutes and they just hadn’t called me. Decent prices, but overall pretty bummed about the customer experience coming from Costco.

They desperately need a “call” button for the front desk. You might be waiting a long time for anyone to come help you. They don’t always call you to tell you your car is done. They said they would call and I’ve waited 45 minutes longer than I had to because they just… don’t try to tell you.Also just FYI- this is my bad for making assumptions, but they will not let you know if your brake pads are worn. I thought they would just tell you that sort of thing and I instead found out by a grinding noise while driving. That’s not their fault, but may be handy to know that’s not something they do.

I'm annoyed that I have to write such a crap review. Esp after being executive members for 14+ years. But I went in the other day to return 3 food items totaling $32 (not expired) and the man helping us make the return made the most awkward scene about how they have to throw food away that's returned and he is going to notate my account that I was returning it. I mean i understand the frustration in throwing food away but dang, no need to make a scene. Ive never returned food prior because let's be honest, Costco's food is great! And there usually isn't a reason for it. But now this has me rethinking ALL Costco purchases moving forward. I ended up calling management to discuss the awkwardness and they gave the same attitude as the return cashier. Awkward, no loyalty. Time to switch to Sams club I suppose :(

I have purchased tires at Costco and at Discount Tire for several vehicles. Both offer good deals, but the customer service and competence at Discount Tires set them apart from recent experiences I have had at the Lehi Costco Tire Center. I rarely report issues or rate businesses, but when I purchased tires in 2020 at Lehi Costco, one of the tires went flat by the next day. When I returned, I was told they found no problems and they sent me home. The tire went flat again. I returned again and convinced the employees to reinstall the tire on the rim. This time it stayed inflated. I didn’t complain. Until recently, I have rotated the tires by the place that changes my oil. When I switched to a new place that doesn’t rotate tires, I made an appt at Lehi Costco. I dropped the car off 1/2 hour early and enjoyed lunch at the food court and shopping. 95 minutes later (65 min after my appt time), with a cart full of perishable groceries, my car hadn’t been touched. I would have to reschedule. As I pushed my shopping cart past the Tire Center bays, I noticed no employees were currently working on any of the four cars occupying the bays. I also noticed at least two unique trucks I saw in the service bays when I dropped off my keys 1 1/2 hours earlier were still there. The employees at Costco Tire Center have always been professional and nice.
