Costco Pharmacy is a great and highly recommended pharmacy. The staff is always helpful, pleasant, and willing to answer questions. They provide great customer service and are fast, efficient, and sweet. They go above and beyond to try to get the best price with various coupons or member discounts. The team makes extra calls to insurance to figure things out and contacts doctor offices to help. They are a busy group but still manage to serve orders promptly even when short on staff. The pharmacy is well stocked. While there is no drive-thru and they are closed on Sunday, the excellent service makes it worth it. Customers have had good experiences with various departments, noting the staff helped them get the best deal. The overall service has restored faith in customer service for some.
