I was a little nervous to get my sons haircut- we normally do ourselves. But we had such a great experience at cookie cutters! It only took like 10 minutes and was so easy and efficient. Everything was clean and fun for kids.

My baby loves to come here! They are great with squirming and crying little ones. I will never go anywhere else . They are so fast as well and very kind I highly recommend this to all parents with little ones.

We love coming here! We had one haircut where my sons ear got nicked, but accidents happen. They have fun chairs and tvs to keep the kids entertained during their haircuts. They also have a playground for kids waiting and they give out balloons to the kids after. My daughter loves it because they will give her glitter in her hair after her haircut. My 6 year old is very particular about his hair and always leaves here smiling.

I have been to this location twice and have only had good experience. Very patient with little ones and skilled. I started my day today at a different location and had a haircut disaster that need action, Katie and her team at the Lehi location came to the rescue. She was amazing!!!!!

We had a wonderful experience at Cook Cutters!
My child hates the feel of trimmers on his head and although his attitude didn't change this visit, the play area before the cut, balloon and sucker after the cut, and a seat with a seatbelt to hold him down during the deed made the experience less of a stress on me and less traumatic for him.
I would suggest that you make an appointment in advance however, we had a 45 minute wait (spent shopping next door @KidtoKid) because of prescheduled appointments.
Cost including tip was the same as a competitor without ANY of the amenities.

We took our two boys to get a haircut this morning and they did a terrible job on both!! It looks awful, We had Jaclyn do my 2yo hair and she left him almost BALD, looked nothing like we asked and the hair is all uneven. It’s SO bad that I had to hold my tears when I saw him. My husband asked her to fix it and she made it worst.We had Brenna do my 5yo hair and it’s nothing like we asked neither, she left a chunk of hair uncut/uneven too on the back of his head. Im very disappointed, we are a clients of Cookie Cutters in Lehi for a few years, and called to ask for a refund and they said they don’t refund, but they can “fix it”, like fix what? My son is pretty much bald already. I don’t trust taking them back!Anyways, we don’t recommend Jaclyn and Brenna, but we do love getting their hair cut with ALEXIS Hirschi, she always does an AMAZING job. I’m always happy with her work! Unfortunately this time she was booked for the day. If you are getting an appointment, make sure to get Alexis!Good luck!

Don’t come here for anything that is important!! I’ve waited 3 years to cut my only daughter’s hair, and came here to Cookie Cutters Lehi. What a massive mistake ? I told Brenna I wanted to cut the bottom of her braided hair to keep all the baby curls together as a keepsake. She persuaded me not to, and said she would cut the curls together. She just cut the amazing curls in half, and put it on the counter in a pile of fuzz for me to keep. She also had no response or remorse as I tried to pick up other larger pieces off of the floor in tears. Not only do I not have the original curly baby hair to cherish, but I’ll never get that opportunity back.

I wanted them to wash her hair first and they didn’t. They did a horrible cutting job too. Not what I wanted! Horrible job blending. Will not be returning.

my experience was terrible, it's the second time I've taken my son there, but we're always poorly attended, the people are always discouraged and with a very ugly face, the inattentive receptionist and the environment that should be light and lively for my son to have a good experience is completely the opposite, it seems that people are not happy there, I won't come back to that place

The only place we go for kid's haircuts.
*Edit: I've taken my kids here for years. Recently the service has gone down to the point where I'm shopping around for a new kid salon. The stylists act like they hate kids and do the bare minimum to get from one to the next. It's sad because this place used to be awesome.
