I bought some shoes after trying them on in the store. Took them home and tried them on the treadmill and got a blister in less than 15 minutes. A few days later put on band-aids and within 15 minutes got another blister. Didn't wear them outside, tried to return them within 15 days later and they refused! Their 60 day return policy is if you don't wear them even once. I walked down to the New Balance and to Famous Footwear and both of them said they take returns.
Don't buy shoes here! You will be stuck with them even if they don't fit properly!

I ordered boots through the mobile app. The system automatically assigned me the wrong size (#221209893). Throughout the mobile checkout process, this information was hidden, and I only noticed the size discrepancy in the confirmation email. When I spotted the size error, I immediately contacted support. They responded only the next morning, stating that changing the size was not possible. They would refund the money, but I would have to pay for the shipping of the unwanted item. So now I just wait the wrong size boots to be shipped to return them.As a customer, I am dissatisfied.
