They reorganized the store a while back and it makes no sense now. It saves time to drive farther to get to the cedar hills Walmart. It's a mess. My guess is that they designed it in a way where the customers are forced to wander more which is a tactic to get people to buy things they didn't go there for.

The staff is rude! I asked one lady very politely if they took Apple Pay, she acted completely put out and went to another employee and relayed the question. That employee rolled her eyes and said very irritated, "NO!"' Why is that such a crazy question? It's nestled in the middle of affluent Lehi and Highland. It's not like Apple Pay is some crazy technology that no one's heard of. The staff is not friendly.

I was shopping a guest's Instacart order from this smiths; they requested 4 gallons of distilled water. While shopping there was no sign saying guest could only purchase 2 gallons per person. I didn't find this out until Cashier Amanda was being rude about it and would give me attitude about having 4 gallons. This guest ordered through the smiths website. They need to limit this on their website and have signs saying so in the the water aisle. Do better smiths

If you need food, don't count on the pickup to help you out. We waited over an hour to get our food brought out to us. Cars came after us and left before us. We called and they told us that others probably checked in before.. but after waiting an hour we would have been in the queue. Don't use the pickup. It's a joke. It seems like the employees just pick random carts and bring them out without regard to who arrived first.

Avoid buying a gift card at Smiths if something goes wrong Smith's accepts no responsibility for defective or bad cards. The gift card company claimed that the card was stolen and so we are out $500 for a defective gift card. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER buy a gift card at Smith's

Great spot but if you have a discount/membership card with them, make absolutely sure to bring a calculator because some discounted items aren't actually discounted properly so make sure to conduct your due diligence and make sure you are paying what you should.

I really, really wish they had more organic everything, especially produce. More bulk options would be great, too. I came here midday during the week and was surprised to find it packed. Shoppers pretend you don't exist, so it was a meh experience. Prices are very competitive though. Decent seafood section.

If I could give it zero stars I would. This store was my go to grocery and goodies store for about a year until recently. The floor staff was always nice and helpful. However it has become obvious that the management does care for my safety or the safety if their staff. There is no enforcement of the state wide mask mandate. There were at least half a dozen people with no masks and also a hand full of staff members not wearing their mask properly. I find it incredibly disappointing that such a large company does not value the safety of their employees or customers.

Fun store where you can get everything from cute clothes to Twisted Sugar cookies to home decor to groceries. Only issue I have is they are alwayyyys out of stock on things. Like I never even plan on buying sour cream there cuz it's just always out of stock. If your store is so busy why don't you have more inventory?

They always have the right ice cram that I want, and I always feel like I wanna throw a birthday party there. The plant section is super awesome and the price for it varies from "dang I'll take 5" to "oh... I'll check online maybe." Great store honestly. Big too

Maybe the pharmacy drivethru should be open during the hours they have posted. No excuse to close an HOUR early one day and then not be open an HOUR after your supposed opening time the next. I tried to pick up my prescription at 6 pm when you were suppose to be open until 7. Then tried to pick up my prescription a little before 9 am when you were suppose to open at 8 am. Ridiculous honestly.

Just used Smith's online shopping and pick up. It was great! I love how I was able to modify my order up until midnight the day before I picked up my order. I was able to allow for substitutions of items they were out of or not allow for substitutions. You could also leave a note for the shopper if you wanted a half pound of something or say green bananas. When you go to pick up your groceries during your assigned time, you pull in the pick up area, call the number on the stalls sign and let them know you're outside. The associate came out with my groceries right to my car. They gave me my receipt as well. I will definitely be using Smith's online grocery shopping again.

Smiths is a great one stop shop for groceries. They have a great gluten free, dairy free, vegan, and overall health conscious area near the produce. Their produce is excellent and their customer service is always great! I recently tried their online shopping pick up and had a fantastic experience! I'll definitely be using that again.

No Apple Pay? Only Samsung pay? Come on Smith's you need to update. We live in the days of not carrying wallets and a great number of us use Apple Pay. Thank you for ruining my early morning, before going to the gym without a wallet shopping trip.

They don't take visa credit cards. Who do they think they are? Their produce (lettuce, avocados) has brown spots inside that you don't find until you cut it open. No cell phone reception on Verizon or at&t. I suggest you drive past this grocery store and head to the nearby Meiers or Harmon's.
