Never had to worry about any other gas station pumps not being able to automatically stop once it was full, but it's managed to happen here twice. Thought the first time was just a fluke, they were also different pumps.

A night crew older lady got super mad at me for using the bathroom she followed me to my car to pick a fight. I didn’t know I couldn’t use the bathroom.

Hey I just want to hop on here and give an outstanding review to Mr. DANIEL because he always always !! Gives outstanding performance when he works and is the kindest gentleman I've ever met !! If you want something done right for this store he is your guy !! I am a everyday customer and have been for 2 years now !!! And I still continue to go in and show my appreciation!! Keep it up sir ? ????

I have been going to top stop by where I live and I just got banned from top stop I don't know why but one of the employees has been harassing me for no reason I haven't done anything to him

Horrible customer service.
I’ve encountered 3 employees and every single one is rude. They don’t say a word aside from the total.
Go to a different gas station.
Edit: one cashier often has her infant and partner in store and treats you like an inconvenience when you try and check out. This cashier should not have a job.

Mr. Sinatra is the only reason this Top Stop is ever Top Notch. He’s legit the only reason I spend my money at this location while working in Lehi at night.

If I could give zero stars I would. I frequently visit this store mostly later at night, however today i went in this afternoon around 3:30pm. The first thing I noticed was that I was not greeted by the employee (who I know to be named Destiny). In addition this employee was on the phone (on a video call), plugged in and cord stretched across the counter. There was a customer in front of me in line. Destiny continued her conversation not stopping to address the customer or ask if he had a rewards card anything, she just continued talking on the phone. He left visibly irritated with the interaction or lack thereof. I get up to the counter and again I am not given any attention as a customer. Then I noticed not only was she on the phone but she had her infant in a stroller behind the counter. My motherly instinct immediately went off thinking not only what a liability this was for the business but how it could potentially put the child in harms way. I was also ignored, only given enough attention to scan the items I purchased. When I requested to put in my rewards card number I was scoffed at as if I was inconveniencing the employee and interrupting her conversation. After entering in my number I told her I wanted to pay with cash and card and I was again scoffed at. Another customer entered the store and no attention was given to that customer either. Then to add to this very unprofessional behavior, after giving Destiny my cash, she placed the money on the counter, asked the person on the phone "hey you want to see the baby", turned her back to me and continued her conversation, not paying any attention to the cash on the counter or her register. My transaction concluded with her back to me and no receipt was offered or given. THIS STORE HAS GONE DOWN HILL DURING THE DAYTIME!!!!I will NOT return to this store again, in daytime hours!!!!!

I am a regular customer at this location. I spend a few hundred dollars here every month. I prefer to come here as opposed to the 7/11 because I work nights and they will sell me alcohol after I get off work (around 2am). Most of the employees are extremely friendly and kind, however one woman seems to simply not like me. She scowls at me every time I come in, when I attempt to make small talk she is borderline rude, no customer service skills at all. Today after purchasing gas, I was standing outside for a few minutes with a few friends when an employee came out and said the manager (I am pretty sure the woman that doesn't like me) is watching us on the camera and she is not happy, we need to leave. First time I have ever had a problem here. I will not be returning. Congratulations on losing a customer
