I had an outstanding experience at this Chase Bank. I went in to deposit a check, and Tate provided exceptional service, ensuring the code for opening my account was properly applied. He reassured me that he’d take care of everything, and true to his word, within five minutes of leaving, he called to confirm that the code was successfully applied. Tate went above and beyond, sparing my wife and me from a potential headache and ensuring we received the credit we were expecting. Huge appreciation for his dedication and top-notch customer service—well done, Tate!

My only complaint is they removed the ATM. It was very convenient to come after hours and make a deposit. I don’t know why they removed the ATM, but it certainly decreases convenience for customers.

Not too happy with Valerie and the manager messed up on pay off amount for my car kind of annoyed they tried to fix it. Had to give me back cash not really too happy with this place. Highly recommend you don’t go here or use Chase.

Terrible service. Stopped into the bank on a Saturday at 1 PM to open an account for my teenage daughter. They turned us away saying they were too busy. Will not be opening an account for my daughter with Chase and will never recommend them to anyone.

Do any ATMs up north actually work or exist? Drove to 3 different branches just to have to use a Maverick ATM because either the ATM didn't work (like this branch) or it just didn't even exist! What a bank
