Central Bank has been our bank for many year and they've been terrific to work with. The people are helpful and friendly. Online banking has been very simple and easy. 5 star easily. However I'm extremely disappointed in the move to Zelle. The constraints are significant for what we do and Central Bank customer support has no way to work around the ridiculous limitations. Adding to my discontent, the software for Zelle is absurd and not intuitive (however i've figured it out, mostly). Zelle must have been going out of business and needed some kind of lifeline in order to team up with a great Bank. Anyway, from my point of view, this is a poor business decision that I'm required to use for simple external customer transfers.Thanks for the reply: The review system won't allow for me to reply to your reply so I'll just do it here: I've called in 3 times to get help. I was asked to split a transaction, which I did on 2 different days. I check email today and saw the cancelation from Zelle. So the transfers can't be greater than $2k (which i was aware and split it) and the other parts of the transaction have to be after each 48 hours from the first $2k. I've been told already that Central Bank cannot work around this feature. I was told I could come into the branch and fill out an ACH form for this customer, however that takes away my ability to manage things from the internet. Thanks for the reply.

I called to see if they could help me verify some info and a lady named Kelly answered and said "one second" and then hung up on me. I called again thinking it was an accident, but they didn't answer. Third time I called Kelly answered again on the last ring and said "yes?" and I explained the situation. She said she can't help me, but I explained that I was currently with the account holder and when I passed the phone over she treated him very rudely and impatiently. What we needed was very simple, but she made us feel like we were inconveniencing her by making her DO HER JOB. I was embarrassed that our customer was being treated that way by someone we had them call. Super disappointing behavior by a grown woman.

I paid off my car loan and they lost the title. I'm still waiting for the title almost a month later. When calling to get updates... they hung up on me.

I took my 6-year-old in to setup a new savings account, and all I can say is WOW. Connie absolutely made his day. Their savings account program for kids is hands down the best out there, and the entire staff was incredible to my son. He already wants to go back and deposit more money ?Thank you Central Bank and Connie for an incredible experience.

0 stars for this bank; Congress gets more done than these folks. Extremely poor communication, rude representatives, constantly getting deferred and referred to other people that still dont seem to know what's going on. I believe I'll take my banking elsewhere

Customer Service Rep named Connie was so helpful and kind while helping me set up my new debit card today. I’ve been with this branch for years and have always had my problems resolved quickly.

Won't visit the Lehi Branch anymore,the gal at window doesn't even great you after you say good morning/afternoon, and then Customer Service Rep tells you she will do something but when you come back within the hour cause she didnt finish the paperwork and you find out you didn't have a Meeting of the minds and so she gets mad and didn't do what she said she was going to do earlier. From now on I'll go the extra miles and work with American Fork Branch much better customer service! I hope they don't disappoint.

Central Bank has been the best bank I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I really feel the small town family feeling when I'm in there. I own a construction business and they have always been very willing to help with any of my accounts or loans when needed. Everyone in my family trusts Central Bank and they're the only bank that I trust with my Business. I would recommend them to anyone.

Convenient location. Great customer service. The employees know me and are always ready to help. Very clean and comfortable to go visit. The employees are always eager to help with my banking needs and are kind and patient with my children. Sometimes the bank isn't a pleasant experience, but it always is at the Lehi Central Bank!
