Jared is doing such a great job with these two beautiful smart girls! They open and close the phone calls so well each and every time I come to get a prescription. They always use clean language, they sanitize the pharmacy and have very clean hands. I’m going through a lot being on house arrest and it’s really important to take my medication and have a clean record. I come into grab my medicine and they don’t judge me badly or be mean to me with an ankle monitor. They are very loving and respectful to my mom who’s a registered nurse and my disabled dad.Thanks to judge James Brady for letting me be on the outside fighting to keep a clean record and be a productive member of society. My family doctor at premier family medical loves this place as well and they are so quick to get stuff done and communicate very well and professional. I really like the Red headed girl, she is my favorite! <3 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Pulled up to the drive thru window and two different people working inside never came to the window to help. They just stared at me. Not feeling my best with a sick kid in the car, I figured the window was better than going inside. Thanks for nothing

I absolutely love this store, I’ve been going here for years and This place has always felt like home to me compared to other big corporations like Walmart. The staff are very kind and it’s always a guarantee that you’ll get great customer service.

Cecil's is efficient, so speedy to fill orders, and there's never more than a few minute wait in line. Coming from one of the big chain pharmacies where I would have to wait at least 45 minutes just to get to the front of the line, it was a welcome surprise to have such fast and friendly service!

This has got to be the most friendly pharmacy and staff I’ve ever met. I’ve never waited more than 10 or 15 minutes to get prescriptions filled and they’ve always been extremely kind. I Highly recommend Cecils’s.

Cecils is a 5 star pharmacy. Earlier I had said they weren't but that was unfair. As I was still a little upset. But after thinking about it, it is not fair to knock them for one person making a mistake one day. When I have been treated great the other 100 times i have dealt with them. Thank you Cecil for responding to my earlier concern and thank you for having such a great staff through out the years.

Despite moving around the lake I still make the monthly trek to Lehi to Cecil's pharmacy where I get SUPERIOR service. They know me and care about me. I had a time when I was rushing at the last minute before they closed to get my medications and realized that I would be a couple of minutes after they closed. I called to double check their close time (hoping I was wrong - I wasn't) but they agreed to stay those few minutes so that I could get my medicine. While I don't recommend taking advantage of their kindness in this manner, it is just one way that they have shown that they care more about the people than big box pharmacies.

The violate HIPPA by not verifying the person picking up the prescription is the person that should be picking it up.

Super thankful that this place was recommended to me. They are kind, knowledgeable and quick to fill medications. I have never waited longer than 5 minutes for a medication to be filled. They are on top of all refills and clean, friendly and remember who you are.

Came in for a rapid strep test. only $40 and it was fast getting results. They were friendly and kind to me AND my young children who acted like children in the pharmacy waiting area.
