If you purchased a car online and you even had a delivery date scheduled but carvana messes up somehow which is very typical and then you decide you don't want the car because of all the stress, then immediately withdraw your funds from your bank account before they pull the money out of your account for shipping and down deposit. If they can't get your money then there will be no problem. But if you do you're going to have to fight to get your stupid deposit and shipping fee back even though it's not even on a truck and nor is it ever going to be they will still try to tell you it's not refundable. So the point is don't let them have your money if they screw up. I do not see this company lasting very long, just look at all the reviews before purchasing a car you have never seen in real life or test drive. And also be sure to look underneath the vehicle for damages because pictures do not show that because they don't take pictures underneath the car. Yes this has actually happened to me.

My experience has been pretty awful. Every day I would receive new task 10 to 20 minutes before the estimated deadline therefore I cannot complete the task in time and then getting my appointment reschedule. For example, this morning I received task at exactly 740 with a deadline of 8:00 AM. I could not get the three task done while driving in that short time frame and then lost my appointment again for the fourth time. I was very excited to pick up my Dodge ram and really wanted it, but the reschedules and task never ended

I picked up my used (new to me) car today and it was a great all around experience. Originally there was a small hiccup in the order/delivery date but working with the customer service team over the phone solved this issue for me and I was able to still get the vehicle on the original promised date (8/29/24). Excellent job from the phone reps!
At the Lehi location I was met by Dennis (or Daniel, I can’t remember and I apologize for that) but he was awesome! He walked me through the paper work, gave me a giant coin and the vending machine did the rest.
Dennis/Daniel got my car out and was super friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service.
The vehicle was exactly as pictured. It was clean and detailed very well. Absolutely no mechanical issues with the vehicle during the 30 mile drive home. I’ll take it for a longer test drive tonight to make sure but so far this has been a very seamless and customer service friendly process.
Thank you to Carvana, the online and phone customer service reps and Daniel/Dennis for a really great and helpful customer service experience.
This is how car buying should be and I recommend them based on my experience.

I picked up my BMW X3 on 7/17 from Carvana in Lehi, UT, and within less than a mile, a prominent warning appeared on the screen that read, "Drivetrain Malfunction". I was directed to take it to Grease Monkey for diagnostics, where they discovered another code indicating that the vehicle needed new front brake pads. On the way home, the axle made a loud grinding noise while making a left turn. When I called back, I was told not to worry as everything would be covered under warranty. Not wanting to deal with such a hassle, I returned the vehicle the same day. Carvana will sell you a car that needs extensive work and expects you to schedule and complete repairs that should have been addressed before the sale. A new owner should not have to deal with pre-existing issues. While the buying experience is easy, the quality of the cars is unacceptable. If they sold quality cars, they would be amazing, but selling cars that need work is just not acceptable.

They don't deserve even two stars!!! We bought a vehicle from them and they weren't honest about needing to buy a chip for the GPS, instead Carvana MENTIONED that it came with it, now we bought a chip for the vehicle out of our own expense, come to find we will have to pay MORE money to get it installed!! And secondly we are waiting for the registration plates to show up, they promised that it was going to be delivered today... The DAY before it expires!! And now we checked and it's now saying tomorrow!!! So I will be driving on expired plates because of them, there is only a 7 day driving test to see if you want to keep it... On day 10 the tire completely exploded and fell off... The only shop that works with them are an HOUR away from us and they said they might not even fix it guarantee... Do not go with them they have not been honest and it's been a nightmare, we had to get rid of our car that we own because we couldn't afford to return it!! It's not a guarantee they would put it on the lot right away and them saying we will have to continue to pay the monthly payment until they put it on the lot to sell.. My husband has GREAT credit and the car payment is almost $600 a month!! I would say go somewhere else they told us to not drive the car on their fault for not giving us our tags on time when they should've gotten it ready to have the paperwork sent out.. so they told me not to go to work tomorrow even though we might not get it tomorrow... GO somewhere else!! There are plenty of better dealerships out there, and doesn't use some DAMN call center to do their job instead of the dealership to give information out, the chat team needs to learn what they're talking about.. I've worked at call centers and I'll tell you, unprofessional!!

This is the worst car purchase experience. I went through the entire process, found a truck and placed the order. I was excited to pick it up but they notified me it would be delayed a few days. No big deal, i accepted the new date, then they delayed it a week, so I was already waiting and decided to wait the week. Supposed to pick it up today, and they just delayed it another week. I am not sure they even have the car.

Beware of Carvana!
My vehicle was delayed twice. When I finally took delivery there were MAJOR issues that were not shown on the webpage and I refused delivery. These issues? Took less than a minute to see while their 150 point inspection didn’t even note them. Funny, however; that small scratches on a door handle and a door were shown and disclosed in pictures, but no mention of or pictures of the DIY electrical tape fix of the carbon fiber front grille, that the headlights were completely yellow glazed (they show white and clear in online photos), or that the window tint was peeling off. I’m sure there was much more, but I’d seen enough in that 45 seconds. I refused delivery but I’m totally stuck with the shipping fee. This is a terrible buying experience.

Terrible experience with buying a car with Carvana. The company misrepresented the condition of the car, did not disclose major burn marks in the dash of the car. Carvana falsely advertises on their website that the refund of your funds are within 3-5 business days is false! Carvana has had our funds for 2 weeks now and as yet not returned our funds. You have to fight to get your funds back!!! Do not use Carvana, as painful as an in-person car purchase is, go that route before using Carvana- They are a terrible company to work with!!!!
