I arrived 10 mins before they closed there shop and I bought two capes and was supposed to get a free one after I read there promo sticker and purchased two capes and never got my free one and I told them and he totally ignored me. So now I buy my stuff online for a lot better price on the 25k puffs

I’ve been to this smoke shop 3 times and each time the same product I got increased in price each time. I don’t know what their deal is but I won’t be going back so I hope the 3 different prices I paid were worth it.

Easily my favorite smoke shop. They have an awesome selection of vapes. I highly recommend the UltraPro brand due to the excellent flavors as well as it conveniently displaying batter and juice level percentages.
The staff are very kind, personable and give great product recommendations! If it's out of my way, I make the trip work. They're simply in a league of their own!

I refuse to go here anymore. Every time I’ve gone here I’ve been disappointed. The last time I was in I bought a vape, went home and the vape would just run and burn through liquid even after I stopped inhaling. I went back in and the guy who sold it to me said there is nothing he can do. So I bought another vape, This time I took it home and after the battery died, I charged it. Apparently the wall charger burns out the vape. So I took it back in and the guy said he couldn’t help me with the replacement again because I didn’t have a receipt. He was the guy that helped me and he didn’t give me a receipt. He also didn’t tell me that I needed to use a low-voltage charger Until after I came in, wondering why my vape broke . So basically they will sell you a broken vape Not give you a not give you a receipt and then not do anything when you confront them about purchasing it from them. All continue to go somewhere else where I won’t get scammed.

Went to go get a disposable and they were supposed to be open, no one was there. No one answered the phone, the door was locked and we waited for 10 minutes longer just to male sure.

My go-to smoke shop. I'm only taking one star off because I've had a one or two not-so-great quality vapes that seemed to burn out fast. But today I interacted with a girl named Alyssa and she literally had the best energy and made my day. Also the vapes here are always on sale :) today I paid $25.73 for a rechargeable ultra bar for reference.
