I have had nothing but amazing experiences here and will be recommending them to anyone who needs a body shop.My car was rear ended and this was where I was recommended to bring my car. They were really easy to work with, helping me communicate with insurance and got the work done in a good amount of time.Months and months after that, I had another small incident with my car. The owner remembered who I was, was very kind to speak with me over the phone to talk through options I had, did research for me, and more. I ultimately decided to take the car to the shop so he could look at it in person and he was able to help me with a short term solution until I am ready to pay for the full fix. He was so kind to give me his time when I wasn't getting an actual service done yet. I will always come back here! So grateful for the amazing customer service.

DRay scoured the listings to find me a used seat with working airbag sensor. He cleaned it and installed it quickly, following through with honesty and integrity. He saved me $1900 from the quote the dealership gave me! Thanks Bennett Body Shop! And thanks to K&S Auto for reccomending them.

They always do an excellent job, are quick on repairs, and quick to get the job done. I dropped my car off and within a day they had found the parts I needed (for a reasonable price) and within a couple of weeks my grill was replaced and looked brand new. They do a great and thorough job. Quick to respond!

Worst customer service.They are con artist and try to swingle you by bullying you. They are extremely expensive. I would never allow them to tow your car if I was you! Turning them into the BBB.

Horrible experience. Owner is very rude, and charges exorbitant fees for towing. We had the car towed here after an accident and the owner never called to inform us of his high fees. We ended having to pay him to just keep the car. Avoid at all costs.

Very impressed with their “customer service”. I bought my first car from them 5 months ago. After the deal was said and done, I filled up at a nearby gas station and discovered that gas started dumping from the tank! ?? They were SUPER kind to reseat the sending system gasket and get soaked in gasoline late on a weekend.

Avoid this company by all means. If I could say 0 stars I would. The only reason my car ended up here was because Lehi police towed it there after an accident. They're incompetent and useless. Couldn't help me work out any issue. Make every excuse to keep your car in their lot so they make money off of you, which all tow yards do, but these guys do it especially well. They're punks and unashamedly a scam. Eyes wide open ripping off anyone that ends up in their lot.

Bennett Body was recommended to me through another local trusted mechanic. I called and they gave me a diagnosis and quote of my car very promptly. They were highly communicative and very professional while being honest and personable too. Would recommend to any family and friends. So long story short, my car was impounded by Lehi police, this is an entirely different story. The man who "helped me" here when I went to pick up my car, totally profiled me and made assumptions about who I was and why my car was impounded. He even tried to tell me that this was the third time my car had been impounded. When I told him he was wrong, and that I have NEVER had my car impounded before, he didn't even bother to apologize. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.
