“Armando at this location is frankly not just qualified, he may be over qualified. He doesn't just know his store and stock like the back of his hand. Chances are, he knows your particular car like it's his own. More importantly, his customer service is second to none. Which I can imagine goes a long way to ensuring everyone at this location is up to date and educated. He made my job (which was a difficult one) tremendously easier... if for no other reason than I didn't have to battle to get my part warranteed. Having been in the automotive world my entire life and my father having a shop long before that, it's always been a motto of ours that customer retention is what keeps a business alive and Armando represents that store in a manner befitting that. I would count mysely lucky to have had him at any of my shops.”
