“I can't be more pleased! I had a horrible experience at the AF location they didn't put my dashboard back together correctly, there were parts that the snap part broke and the vents for dashboard weren't even and rattled. They also had primer spray on my window and dashboard. It took me over a year but with my insurance I was able to take it to this location and not only did the correct the things AF screwed up the fixed things that Caliber wasn't responsible for if I could give more stars I would! Thanks”
“Just moved here and found Rex's online as the closest to me to do my Emissions testing. Appreciate the automated message that no appoint was needed so we headed over. Someone approached me immediately (so sorry forgot his name) and was in and out in less than 10 minutes.
My only negative, which wasn't worth dropping stars, is the tight parking lot. We had to back out fully towards the entrance.”
“My sales rep Cam made getting a 2019 Mercedes G63 AMG Gwagon a seamless process. I'm from from CO so it is little trickier but he walked me through the entire process start to finish. We started with an approval, signed the required paper work, shipped my C8 from Denver as a trade in and got the Mercedes shipped shortly after. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly, had clear communication, was efficient at their career, and helped me acquire my dream gwagon. The torn air intake hose may well have saved me a costly future repair. Sam and his team are family friendly, easy to work with, easy to communicate with.”
“We visited this shop years ago to fix our Saturn Relay. They found our issue and offered a solution that fit our budget. We're still driving that car, we are very satisfied with that work.
This return visit is for a Santa Fe. We found a transmission issue and figured it was going to cost a lot. They said they wanted to try something small to see if it would help before tearing it apart.
We love that they are looking to fix the problem at hand without going to the most expensive option.”

My truck ended up having more damage than anticipated, they dealt with the insurance company directly which was a relief. I had to stop by multiple times to retrieve items from my truck and they had no problem with that. Quality work and convenience will keep me coming back. Hopefully not too often though. ??”

Usually you hear horror stories with insurances and collision repair after you have an accident. Not with Dent Master!!
They took SUCH great care of me and my vehicle. Especially when my insurance denied a very important part on my vehicle. Dent Master went to bat for me and got it done right!
I'm am extremely impressed with their team and so thankful that I chose them to fix my vehicle. You can't even tell it was in an accident. Even the paint was spot on!

“I don’t usually do reviews but my wife came in with our Honda Van last night right after she called the store asking if they could take her in for a flat repair they were like 10 to 15 minutes from closing and the gentleman on the phone said yes come on in, we will get you taken care of, when she got there the same gentleman that answer the phone greeted her at her car I have never seen anyone do this at any tire shop but this one is different than other places, also my wife had somewhere to be asap and the person who helped I think his name was Antonio or Antoine he got it done in less than 20 minutes great job!!! I will be coming back thank you guys you guys are the best”

I visited Boss Automotive based on the strong Google reviews, and this was my second time bringing a vehicle here. The first time, I came in with a few issues the dealership had quoted me significantly more to fix about 30% higher, so I decided to give Boss a try. They handled the repairs for a fair price, and overall, my experience has been a solid 4/5.
I understand it’s a mechanic shop and things naturally get dirty, but I’ll be honest: if it weren’t for the reviews, I’m not sure I would have initially left my car. A dedicated day of cleaning up the lot, refreshing the exterior, and tidying both the shop area and the lobby would go a long way toward boosting customer confidence. The quality of work is there, the presentation just doesn’t reflect it yet.
After having some work done at the dealership recently, I was told that one of the repairs Boss previously handled wasn’t functioning correctly. I called Boss, and even though I was a bit elevated in the conversation, they owned it completely. They warranted the repair without hesitation, and the part had genuinely failed. I don’t fault them for that, parts fail sometimes. What I do appreciate is that they stepped up and took care of it, especially considering it’s a full day’s job to reach that part. I even had them perform additional work while the car was there.
My reason for the 4/5 rating comes down to the facility’s appearance and the owner’s rougher communication style. Dennis ultimately made things right, and we ended on a positive note. A little refinement in customer interaction and some cleanup around the shop would elevate this place from good to truly great.
Overall, they do honest work at a fair price, and with just a few adjustments, Boss Automotive could easily become a next-level shop.”

Besides the pictures that were shown on the website, I never physically seen the vehicle, got to test drive it or even hear it start up and run! After having a few conversations with Tim, the owner, about the truck, I felt comfortable enough and trusted him on his word that the truck was in overall great condition for its age. I decided to purchase it over the phone. I arranged to have it delivered 1300 miles on a trailer from UT to MN. From the beginning, Tim was honest and straightforward about the truck. They did suggest that I get my timing belt replaced since my car had reached 100,000 miles and needed it replaced. They did this for good price and days sooner than other mechanics in the area. I Highly recommend their business and will go their for car repairs in the future.”
