I was there over the weekend to get some help. And one of the young sale person was very rude. I was still explaining what was going on. She just quickly said we don't do Refunds, I wasn't there to do a refund. And when I ask where the belts were to see if one of the belt will fit my Concho's she just walk off from me. There is other lady that works there she's very friendly and helpful. But I didn't see her there. I love to shop at your store but that day I walk out didn't buy anything else.

they were great to us, helped us out by finding our receipt in their system and allowing us to exchange my dads work boots. manager was very kind and helpful.

I didn't shop at the Ariat outlet. My phone recognized where I was and it gave me a suggestion to offer a review on places I traveled to recently; and having just bought a pair of running shoes at the Altra outlet it just assumed I had a review for the Ariat outlet. But I didn't actually shop there.

I came here to look for some boots for a concert I’m going to next week and a lady came and asked me if I needed help finding anything and if I had any questions her name was Jake and she would be able to assist me. As I continued to look around I could hear this same girl arguing with another employee. And it grew to be very loud. Very unprofessional!!! so I will not be shopping here again.

This store has terrible customer service!!This California based company clearly has the California mindset of doesn’t care about anyone but themselves. I had a question and approached an older women I believe her name was amber, I asked her about a boot I had seen online and she gave me nothing but sass back I continued to ask more about some boots and she just kept blowing me off!Will not be shopping here again.

What a great shopping experience I had at the Ariat Outlet- Lehi! Jake was awesome, she was extremely helpful and friendly. She took so much time finding what I was looking for. Awesome to have such great customer service! I was so glad I made the stop while in town for my son’s archery tournament.

Ariat lehi, the only place you should be buying boots. I own a few pairs of ariat boots so I stopped by today to just look around. As soon as I started browsing Jackson came over and made sure I was well informed of the boots I was looking at. He also pulled out about a dozen pairs of boots to help me find the perfect size, style, and color. He was extremely patient with me and got me taken care of. I will absolutely be back due to the 5 star service I received from Jackson today. Give Jackson a raise!
