“Had one of the 40' units with my entire household in it for over a year. Easy access with a trailer. No water leaks or heat warp on any of the furniture. Fair pricing for the size of the unit. Staff was always pleasant to work with.Only downside was a lot of sand leaked past the door seal, leaving the contents dusty/Sandy. I saw a few customers had placed some moving blankets under the door seal. I wish I had thought of that a year ago.”
“Great location. Easy to get in and out with all sizes of vehicles, trucks, and trailers. Units are very clean. The location is secure with security cameras, security fence, and even an on-site resident. The staff at Sky Mountain Storage are friendly and helpful. Their prices are also the lowest I have seen in town.”

“I've been using this facility for about a month now. I have rented a few slots for my business. The keycode gate and fenced perimeter makes it appear secure. I've had zero issues with my stored equipment, I'm very pleased with the security. The covered spots are especially nice to have. The folks there are friendly and nice to work with, I've spoken to them on the phone a few times.”

“Me and my boyfriend got a unit at our Armat at the beginning of Covid when we were displaced from our home and became homeless my boyfriend since that Covid and was in the hospital and there would be nobody there to check his email and therefore auction off our storage unit I learned the news today my moms and dad’s and Sister‘s ashes were amongst the items I lost my storage unit and was wondering if the person who purchased this unit if they could contact me in please give me the opportunity to buy back my family there’s also some genealogy from back in 700 A.D.You can get a hold of me on Facebook Armat was a great facility to rent a storage unit from and I don’t blame them at all they were only doing their job”
“We 1st checked Bella Vista to store our popup camper and nothing was available.Office staff gave us a card and said they would call when they had an opening. We went down the street to Minnie's storage for 50.00 a month~we paid May storage and then in June we paid that month and the next month for July storage a month ahead~we were given a dusty,crappy spot to begin with. We received a call from Bella Vista with an opening and moved it to Bella Vista which was only 30.00 a month in a decent parking spot~~before we left Minnie's were were told 1 week notice to get a refund so we gave notice and the day we moved the camper we were told it had to be 2 wks to get out refund for the rest of the month of June~Of course Minnie's staff called to see when we would vacate so they could rent it the day we left while keeping our money~Bella Vista was so kind to let us use another area to show the camper and refunded the day the camper was off the property~~Highly recommend Bella Vista for their professionalism,rates and the clean facilities~~~AND OF COURSE MINNIE'S DIDN'T REFUND ANY OF OUR MONEY FOR THE DAYS UNUSED IN JUNE BUT BELLA VISTA DID REFUND OUR MONEY AS WE WERE PULLING THE CAMPER OFF THEIR PROPERTY”
“When I called them up three months ago and paid for the storage and thought I was good to go the owner then called me back and asked if I had received the discount that they were promoting at the time, I told him I didn't know anything about it he then apologized and then refunded me money and gave me the discount. I would most definitely recommend this storage place to anyone looking to store their stuff here. I have received nothing but good service and honesty from this company!”

The facility is always clean, their gate system is simple unlike some other local facilities, and their manager for the facility is always super helpful and willing to answer any questions I may have. My stuff feels super safe as it is, but they also have cameras all over the property to alleviate some of that stress. I highly recommend storing your things here if you want a reliable storage facility in STG!”

“The people at this storage watch it very carefully security is wonderful. Also and other storage units I've noticed a lot of dust and this one I did not see any and I have not opened it any year. I also found that the people at the office are amazing and wonderful I've worked with them for now I think it's been a year and a half and they are just the greatest people. Don't be afraid to talk to them don't be afraid to ask questions you couldn't ask a better group of people that understand customer service I just had the poor gentleman I did not want him to come out when he was sick but I needed to have a padlock taken off and I told him not to come out until he was feeling better and bless his heart he came out even when he was sick and cut the lock off. This is how incredible these people are they're just wonderful.”
“I had a great experience here. Friendly, clean, and professional. Plus it's a local business and not a big chain. I did take a star off because A) they have restricted hours and no gate code like other lockers (but charge comparable prices) and B) I went to cancel with 11 days notice but since they require 15 days notice I had to pay for an entire other month. That's fine since it's in the contract but they would have gotten another star if they offered to prorate the second month's 4 extra days. That said, I would still recommend!”
