Without a doubt the best car buying experience I've had ever. I spent more time test driving cars than I did finishing the paperwork. Everyone was simply amazing. No high pressure sales. I was very happy with the deal I was given. Thank you Rivusel, Beatrice and Jackson!

I recently purchased a brand-new 2023 GMC Canyon, but unfortunately, my overall experience with the dealership has been challenging. The only positive aspect was the effort put in by their junior sales associate under challenging circumstances. However, the senior manager's lack of support contributed to several issues outlined below:1. The sales manager called me into the office over the weekend to renegotiate the trade-in value of my previous vehicle. Upon arrival, they offered the same trade-in value, pressured me to sign paperwork despite my truck being on hold, and justified it by stating they're graded on how long the vehicle sits on the lot, even though it had just arrived the day before.2. On the day of purchase, my scheduled 4:00 pm appointment with the sales associate and manager turned into a three-hour wait, with the manager not seeing me until 7:00 pm, without clear communication about the delay.3. Despite being informed that the car had been fully inspected, I was told it was not deep cleaned, and I needed to return the following week. After sending a list of issues and dropping off the truck, the dealership claimed they didn't have time to address them and required a new appointment.4. During the second appointment, despite notifying the dealership about a time constraint due to a funeral, they finished working on the truck late, around 6:00 pm, causing me to be late for the funeral. Moreover, the truck wasn't detailed, and the initial issues remained unresolved.5. When I contacted the dealership about these ongoing issues, the manager was unsympathetic, suggesting another full inspection and a possible two-week hold for my truck. Upon visiting the dealership again, the manager showed no empathy for the inconvenience, despite my multiple trips for repairs.All these incidents unfolded within the first month of purchasing the vehicle.

We needed an additional key fob for our Acadia. I set an appointment to come in and get one. I asked how much it would be and they told me about $190 for the fob and about $60 for the key. So I said “about $250 total and they confirmed over the phone that’s what it would cost. When we got to the dealership they had no appointments set for us and then proceeded to tell me it was an additional $165 to have it programmed. I was not happy about it but needed the key fob. Then when they gave me the final bill it had a charge for $34.95 for environmental charges. That is so ridiculous. So it cost me $450 for a key fob. I am now currently going to purchase a car from Ford and will never buy another GM product. Not if that is how they are going to price gouge a loyal customer.

I want to thank Vica Robertson for returning my phone call and setting an appointment with a great sales professional Ruvisel Nava.Ruvisel listen to my needs and went over several types of GMC Sierra 1500 options. I wanted a vehicle that could tow a mid size RV and was on the fence on obtaining a gas or diesel.We saw multiple vehicles and he was more than willing to show as many types of vehicles without any sales pressure tactics. We decided on the 2024 GMC Sierra 1500 diesel ElevationMy wife and I had an excellent experience and look forward in purchasing another vehicle from here in a few years.Thank you for the great experience!!!

Young Buick went above and beyond to take care of me! I went there knowing what I wanted and Zeke Martinez delivered! Zeke explained everything to me and left nothing unturned. It was nice to get to know him on a professional level and person level. Jackson in finance was top notch. Very professional and easy to work with. Thomas went out of his way to get me to the correct lot for the vehicle I wanted and Cormick helped find the car of my dreams as well all the BEST people to help me get it! I will definitely be going back to Young Buick GMC!! ❤️

We had so much help from the workers rachel, and Jessie they helped us all the way through the process gave us tons of help and were very kind. They gave us great car recommendations and worked around our budget perfectly. We walked out with a great car and a satisfactory service they are great people and we will be definitely in the future if we need a new car or help finding one to YoungBuick GMC.

Rafael did amazing. The deal was 90k out the door then I was going to put 10-15k down taking payment down to 80k or 75k management wouldn’t respect the deal that we waiting for 3 months very disappointed.

Antonio Lopez was incredible to work with. He made the new car buying experience fun and exciting. He had expertise and knowledge of the vehicle we purchased and shared this information with us. He was very good to give us updates during the loan application process. All the staff at Young were very helpful and friendly. We also had our Malibu serviced why we were there!! Service team was great!! Entire process was awesome.

Linda is the best service advisor I have ever worked with anywhere. She is very friendly and polite and she kept me updated on my truck at all points in the repair process. She was upfront and gave me info on different options instead of just telling me a number. The repair was done in a timely manner and I got my truck back by the date I was promised. Very satisfied.

All was great and easy to work with except I have one issue. My issue was I received one remote fob with the truck. They wanted to charge me $350 for a fob and then additional charge to program the fob. I believe this is totally bull. This was my third vehicle I have bought from this dealer.

Great service! They had the vehicle I wanted. I called Saturday to initiate the sale and on Monday the salesman, Antonio, drove to meet me halfway with my new vehicle. I had some time constraints with work and family coming to town and they went out of their way to make it happen for me. Also gave me $3000 more for my trade than a competing dealership offered. Couldn’t be happier with Young GMC!
