“This location is our preferred because we've had good experiences here, versus less than stellar performance at other locations. After you park, you may be met by a technician, or you can go inside and get in line for the counter. On our last visit, I approached the counter and told them what I needed. We've bought tires here, had flat tires repaired, aired up tires, checked tire pressures, and rotated/balance tires for maintenance. Before Covid, they had a refrigerator with water, but that is gone now. On my last visit, I had an appointment for a rotation. It seemed that they were pretty busy, and I still had to wait 1 hour for the rotation to be completed. I cannot guess what the wait would have been without an appointment. The service is cordial and they are knowledgeable. They do an inspection, and inform you of any concerns they may have for your tires, but they aren't heavy handed on upselling you with repairs, or replacements, if they aren't needed. They will go the extra mile to get you safely back on the road.”
