The pharmacist said I was not welcome because he has a policy thats his pharmacy is better than the rest. I then I said BYE. I will keep my meds at my current pharmacy thank you. The funny part is you think you have wounded my pride….people go to your pharmacy because they have no where else to go. Let’s see how you do compared to others who have tried and failed at this location. This is my experience and learned my lesson here a long time ago. Don’t take the bait that “this pharmacy is easy, “it’s close.” You would be better off getting your meds where humanity is still respected in medicine. You will not find that respect at this location. And that is my opinion. Can’t appeal that! lol Rookie.

This pharmacy always has my prescription done in a timely manner and sends me a text when it’s ready for pick up. The staff is very nice and attentive. I walk in and walk out, hardly any wait time! Love it!

Love this little pharmacy. They are so friendly and I think their prices are hard to bet. My husband was put on blood thinners and after our insurance, it was still pricey. West Gordon Pharmacy found all sorts of coupons for us and we ended up walking out to door with his meds for less than $15 for a 30 day supply.

All of the Techs and Pharmacists are top notch. After using big box store pharmacies forever, I’ll never go anywhere else…ever.West Gordon Pharmacy offers to “sync “ your medications so that your monthly meds come due on the same day. Try that at Wal-Mart and see how far you get!!!I actually enjoy going to West Gordon…once a month….and never thought I would say that.If you try them out you’ll realize that you don’t have to be a “number in a cattle call”Don’t be that person!Eric H.

Very helpful staff. Love that I can text them for a refill. They're a compounding pharmacy, which is nice. My compounded hormone cream is supposed to take a couple days to refill, but they usually have it ready the same day, or the next.

My insurance kind of made me to change pharmacies from Smith to this particular one. And let me tell you… the rosiness of the pharmacists is hard to even explain. First of all, I had prescription written by my doctor for daily medication for to be filled every 3 months, because this is controlled med, (Sudafed for allergy), pharmacist decided that he will fill for two mints at the time until he will call MD and ask why it was prescribed daily, it looked suspicious to him. It was actually recommended by ENT doctor and prescribed by my regular. Then when I asked if price for 3 months supplies will be the same PER BOX, as my insurance does not pay a penny for it, but I’m pretty sure this is allowable price to charge me, and it is few dollars less per package than if purchased OTC, simple question, or so I thought. Well I got a long lecture from pharmacist about the price and if I want to go without insurance and pay OTC price and that insurance paying partially for this medication. I said that insurance does not pay for this med and I could not believe how much I needed to listen from pharmacist in very inpatient way with another one standing not far from him and shaking her head at me as if I’m at fault or wrong. Anyway, will not recommend this pharmacy as it is smaller and seems making their own decisions regarding your prescriptions and acting as they know it all and they do not appreciate your business if the don’t make a good profit on your meds. I had never had any problems like this before with any other pharmacy. Feel like because of my accent I was treated poorly and disrespectfully. Just FYI, I am a nurse with good reputation regarding patients care and feel awful to be a patient with this, I believe discrimination. I was hoping for apology from them due to maybe misunderstanding of my question and appreciation for the business…. There was no thank you, no goodbye, not sorry for all the commotion. Stay away from them ?

I was prescribed a mouthwash and the doctor miss-prescribed. Brandon recognized the error and called the doctor and had it corrected. I was very impressed he caught the doctors mistake. Great pharmacist who cares about his patients and takes the time to look at scripts.

Gave me a refill of a compound I have been using for 2 years. Used it the first time and my hand became bright red and blistered severely. I washed it off. It felt like a very bad sunburn. I went to my doctor, he suggested I talk to the Pharmacist, well I tried but he did not want to take ANY ownership, was rude and dismissive. As the week went on it became more painful and on Saturday Blisters broke out and it was oozing all over. Very very painful. I went to my Doctor on Monday and he immediately informed me that I have Staphylococcus!!!!! Because I didn’t know this of course I touched my skin and so it has spread to other areas and I am having a hard time with this condition.I feel that the Pharmacist could have been more helpful, courteous, kind and at least tell me that they would look into the problem, not just push me out the door!!!!!NO WAY WILL I RECOMMEND!!!!!!!
