Customer service is non existent.
Worried about the line instead of customer service. Horrible. Terrible. If I could actually say what I want to say without my right of freedom of speech being violated, censored, or monetized against my rights, there would be a lot more to say here.

Great price with Walmart+ but the beggars and panhandling is out of control. Half the time I go to gas up there is always someone walking up to you at the pump asking for money. Many times it’s the same people begging or more likely scamming people. Walmart really needs to post signs and chase these losers out.

All 5 stars are for the sweet, blue haired lady working the night of 9/10/24..wearing a blue dragonfly necklace! I am ashamed I didn’t get your name, but thank you for being a kind human, and for sending me home with treats for my dog. You rock, and I hope Walmart knows lucky they are to have you! It sounds silly, but I have literally never left a gas station in a better mood.

I went in and asked for a very specific amount of fuel. The pump went to a certain amount and then stopped! When I went back in and told them all they could tell me (there was 3 employees standing there) one person said “wait.. what?” And acted confused to what was even happening. The other said “yea that’s been happening a lot lately” and the other said “what pump are you on, yea that’s been happening all week on that specific pump!” And he’s the one who actually rang me up!! Like why didn’t he tell me that when I paid?? And then he just says “ don’t worry the temainder will just go back to your card! …. Like What?? I paid for a specific amount for a reason!!!!! I wanted it ALL in my tank!!! ALSO if they know the pump has been having an issue. ALL WEEK then why haven’t they closed it until it can be fixed???
Seriously DO better!! This is the first Walmart fuel station I’ve ever had trouble at, and no wonder.. it’s in Layton! 👎🏻 I’ll continue to go to my favorite one where there’s competent people who care about doing their job right and taking care of the customer!!

I have 4 vehicles I fill up here. So it's safe to assume I'm here quite often. There is ALWAYS one or two pumps out of order. I can't remember a time of coming here and every pump ever working all at once. The one thing that keeps me coming is the price of the gas being lower than everywhere else.

Don't come here during the day, because the season is hell! During the night, there are the best prices. I wish I had known that gasoline can be purchased for twenty-four hours.

I ran out of a gas, right before I could get to the Walmart gas station in Layton and one of male employees that was changing out the trash, stopped what he was doing and came into traffic and helped us push the car!! There were a lot of customers that stopped and helped us push it. I wanted to say thank you, to all of them and to that employee that went above and beyond!!! Stopping what he was doing to help me!! Thank you!
Thank you to the first person to help, that was driving behind us. Got out and helped and the driver went slow to make sure we got there safely!! Thank you everyone for your help!

I don’t know the names of the people working tonight but they were so nice and deserve a raise for top notch customer service. I got locked put of my car on accident and while waiting for the locksmith, they noticed I had been here for a while, so they came out to check on me and make sure I was going to be okay, even told me to come inside and cool down if I needed to. Just very very nice. I have been at Maverik with a flat tire before and no one came to check on me then, so this was super nice of them. I hope they have the most amazing night and week

Always close early and open doors late typical Walmart an entire joke of a company your staff sucks management sucks and so does everything about this company I can say only 5% of the staff for this company are good workers the other 95% are lazy

Be nice if the hours on here matched their actual hours so people don’t drive there for no reason, walk up to the door only to have the employees suddenly turn off the lights and laugh.
