Prefer this Neighborhood Walmart over the Super-Wal-Mart. Only reason I'm giving it 4 stars otherwise 5 is because a few younger kids@regesters were NOT very friendly or good PR SKILLS. PS PLEASE KEEP THE MORE MATURE HELP THERE, WITH PR SKILLS&MANNERS. TY!?

Just now at 1:55 pm I went to self checkout and an older woman with slightly red hair and gold glasses (name tag was turned so I couldn’t get a name ) was working at self checkout. A woman behind me was carrying her bag and unable to take her card and the woman working instead of helping her kindly, got angry with her and told her to put her bag in the cart and push it herself. The woman struggling attempted but wasn’t able to make it back with the cart and the self checkout woman angrily stormed over to the cart to push it gadfly behind her out of annoyance. The worker also came back with a “sympathetic” smile and explained she was “sorry” because she wasn’t there to attend to the customers who might I add didn’t need her at this time ? How rude… I actually can’t believe the treatment some people give and watch and stand by.

Poor customer service. No one available to help me when it was their mistake. I was picking up a curbside pickup order and noticed an item was 2 weeks past expiration and needed to return the item but because they had no one available in customer service, I was told I have to return the item another day, the employees didn’t seem to care. Very frustrating! I will be shopping elsewhere. You should always have an employee available to return items during store hours, especially when the mistake was made by your employees.

Absolutely horrible! Ran by high school kids who think it’s okay to show disrespect. Some little girl showed me disrespect and laughed in my face. In return I went to maverick across the street for my business. What a joke.

It’s.. a Walmart market?
Has anyone figured out the dog kennel smell in the place yet? Really strong at the front entrance and even down the aisles towards the meat cases

This is my go-to Walmart to get most of my basic needs, it used to be my favorite place to go to get drinks and snacks for various activities, but recently the drink selection specifically has gone downhill. There was a section of refrigerators that were dedicated to bottled and canned non-alcoholic beverages that has been entirely taken over by alcoholic beverages, as well as many of the refrigerators in the front have lost much of their selection, for instance I'm not sure that there is a single cold Red Bull in the store.
