DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY! AND OR DONT WASTE YOUR TIME USING SAME-DAY DELIVERY FOR YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS. SUNDAY I WENT ON WALGREENS APP AND DID SAME-DAY DELIVERY. IT SAID FOR IT TO BE DELIVERED NO LATER THAN 4PM. AFTER 4PM, I CALLED AND SPOKE TO CHI. SHE SAID SHE KNEW NOTHING AND FOR ME TO CALL FED-EX? WELL ITS SUNDAY AND FEDEX IS CLOSED? I ASKED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE WHO KNEW OF THE SAME DAY DELIVERY SERVICE. SHE GETS ON THE PHONE AND SAYS THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO. SO I OFFER TOCOME PICK UP THE PRESCRIPTIONS SINCE I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR THEM AND SHE SAYS NO WE WONT ALLOW YOU TO DO THAT. SO SHE CANCELED IT ON WALGREENS SIDE AND SHE SAID IN ORDER FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY PRESCRIPTIONS I WOULD NEED TO CANCEL IT ON THE APP AND THEN REPURCHASE? EVEN THOUGH I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR THEM. SO NOW I WAS GOING TO BE OUT THE MONEY TWICE? I SAID THIS DOESNT SOUND RIGHT, MAYBE YOU AS EMPLOYEES SHOULD BE TRAINED ON THE APP. SHE RESPONDED WITH WELL THAT WOULD BE IMPOSSIBLE. IT’S REALLY SAD AS CONSUMERS TO BE TREATED THIS WAY. CLEARLY THIS STORE HAS ISSUES, THE RATINGS ARE NOT GOOD. ABOUT 4 MONTHS AGO I WAS THERE ONE NIGHT TO PICK UP MY PRESCRIPTIONS AND OF COURSE THE DRIVE THRU WAS CLOSED “DUE TO LACK OF STAFF”. I WAS WAITING AND I WITNESSED A TECH YELLING AT AN OLDER MAN BECAUSE THE MAN WAS JUST ASKING WHY THE PHARMACY CLOSED AT 10PM, WHEN IT IS ADVERTISED TO BE A 24 HOUR. I ACTUALLY CALLED THE NEXT DAY AND SPOKE WITH A MANAGER ABOUT HOW BADLY THAT OLDER MAN HAD BEEN TREATED. SO I ACTUALLY ENDED UP HAVING MY PRESCRIPTIONS TRANSFERRED TO WALMART AND I HAD A PLEASANT EXPERIENCED AND WAS TREATED LIKE A HUMAN BEING.

do not go to this pharmacy! and or dont waste your time using same-day delivery for your prescriptions. sunday i went on walgreens app and did same-day delivery. it said for it to be delivered no later than 4pm. after 4pm, i called and spoke to chi. she said she knew nothing and for me to call fed-ex? well its sunday and fedex is closed? i asked to speak to someone who knew of the same day delivery service. she gets on the phone and says there is nothing we can do. so i offer to come pick up the prescriptions since i had already paid for them and she says no we wont allow you to do that. so she canceled it on walgreens side and she said in order for me to receive my prescriptions i would need to cancel it on the app and then repurchase? even though i had already paid for them. so now i was going to be out the money twice? i said this doesnt sound right, maybe you as employees should be trained on the app. she responded with well that would be impossible. it's really sad as consumers to be treated this way. clearly this store has issues, the ratings are not good. about 4 months ago i was there one night to pick up my prescriptions and of course the drive thru was closed "due to lack of staff". i was waiting and i witnessed a tech yelling at an older man because the man was just asking why the pharmacy closed at 10pm, when it is advertised to be a 24 hour. i actually called the next day and spoke with a manager about how badly that older man had been treated. so i actually ended up having my prescriptions transferred to walmart and i had a pleasant experienced and was treated like a human being.

The manager of the photo prints department jumped in and helped us out, but before that we got the run around with an order we had sent in. The printing machine was down, which is fine. But instead of telling us this, the employees just cancelled all of the orders that had been put in and didn't say anything to anyone. I'm glad that the manager was able to see the cancelled order and figure it out for us.

Worst pharmacy ever, the people that work hear are not nice and the other lady that was helping other customers was yelling at them all and the guy who helped me said he won’t fill my daughters prescription because it came in too late after we sat in line for 15 minutes he claimed the prescription came in after the dead line, my daughter is crying with a damn ear infection and this guy had no sympathy at all.I do not recommend this pharmacy and highly suggest that you go to a different one, unless of course you like being treated like garbage.

The worst pharmacy ever. We were told 20 minutes. An hour and a have later we went in to use the restroom. Not only was the bathroom filthy but so was the rest of the store. Still waited another half hour after going into the store. I will not be going back.

I've been coming to this pharmacy for over 10 years. In that time the it has gone from being a really good pharmacy to sub par at best.It used to be 24 hours, then started closing at midnight, now it is 10 pm.There pharmacy now closes for lunch. Wait times have gotten worse and worse. Getting someone on the phone is difficult. Getting them to work with your doctor's office is painful.Now they aren't even running the drive through.I came by two different times in today to pick up a prescription and the line for the pharmacy was half way acoss the store right through the cold and flue isle.I will be searching for a new pharmacy.

Waited a week for an appointment for vaccines to be told a family of 6 and 2 walk in’s were ahead. I get it but what’s the point of an appointment. Better of walking in and waiting or going somewhere that actually prioritizes appointments over walk ins

I went into Urgent Care at 10:45 because of a cough not going away or beginning stages of bronchitis. I had them send my prescription to them. It is currently 2:45 and they have yet to fill it. Come on Walgreens get with it. When a prescription comes in fill it.

I bought a pre-paid debit card from them and had put $130 on it at the register and the card would not activate, the online customer service is non existent, and when I try to call the number it has a spam warning. I would understand their no returns policy for the card, which was under $3, but they will not even give me my $130 back. The so called manager Angie didn't even try to resolve the issue and just said her manager was out of town and I could come back Monday for actual help.

I went in to the pharmacy last night to have my prescription filled. An epipen for life or death situations. This was right after I was emergency rushed to the hospital for going anaphylactic shock which almost killed. The lady entering my prescription entered it in at a higher mg then what it was and my insurance denied it. After speaking to the insurance company the confirmed that I am covered for this and that the pharmacy entered in to high of mg which then sent up a red flag and denied it.Just cause she was ranting and raving about having a bad day she missed up thank good they denied it because if it was more then what I need could have cause serious damage or death. Make sure if you go there that you dosages are correct I would hate to see someone suffer because of that women

This Walgreens is our goto store. The store manager Ryan is awesome, always willing to help and always excellent customer service. The employees here are incredible, always happy and service with a smile. The Photo Department here at Walgreens always gets our order ready fast and correct. We love how clean and organized the store always is. This Walgreens is excellent & will always be our goto store! I give them a 5 ? review!

Come on..get it together. It is always something with this pharmacy. My time is valuable too yet it's always a guaranteed wait. No personality not even a smile and never an apology if the wait is extremely long.Time to find another pharmacy because enough is enough.
