I've never used the pharmacy here, but I frequent it for OTC meds or cosmetics. It's nice and clean, most products are stocked.

Lily is the worst pharmacy customer service person I have gme er dealt with. She has an attitude for no reason and walks away while you talk to her. Her communication skills are lacking and I think might have communication issues, I'm not sure if they are a "special needs" hire facility with no due disrespect but she was too blankly rude to be not possibly have a mental issue... she is too confusing and walked away from me twice, when I had a question dropping off the prescription and when I thanked her at the end, either way I wouldn't recommend this place

I was having a hard time understanding the instructions on my prescription, so I called into this pharmacy to get some clarification. The pharmaceutical assistant read me the instructions again and gave no further clarification and seemed to be very frustrated with me for not understanding. It still didn’t feel right, so I was able to get a hold of my doctors assistant who let me know there had been a miss-wording! If I had listened to this pharmacy, I would have taken DOUBLE the prescribed amount. My doctors assistant was able to read it and clearly see that something wasn’t making sense sense it was repeating itself in the wording. I feel like the pharmacy should have been able to catch this too, I am glad I didn’t listen to them and I’m feeling a bit shaken up about it. It seemed like she didn’t even really care to actually read or understand it nor help me. I am very disappointed and am thinking of changing pharmacies due to this.

Lady on shift today(lily) was just talking so loud in the back saying she just wants to strangle herself so she doesn’t have to work with him. Saying she needs more money and a vacation. Just very loud and unprofesional.

Grecia said prescription would be ready in 30 minutes. They never called to say that there was a problem with the prescription and I waited 2 hours ish before coming back to get told the prescription had a billing issue and that it hadn't even been filled yet, that it would be an additional 20-30 minutes. WHY DID WE NOT GET A PHONE CALL (common sense) to inform about the issue(s) so that they could be resolved in a timely manner. I understand that there are many people that come in, yet they still would rather waste your time like you have nothing else better to do. They REALLY NEED TO WORK ON THEIR COMMUNICATION LEVEL WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS. I am glad that Walgreens is only used RARELY because of these communication faults that they have.

One star because I cannot give zero. This pharmacy is constantly having system issues. They will call and say a prescription is ready, but it has not been filled yet when you arrive. They also change what the insurance company says it will cover monthly.Go anywhere else.

I have NEVER been given so much grief from a pharmacy. Took much longer than any other pharmacy I've ever been to. Asked me several questions about completely irrelevant information that they did not need to know in order to fill an Rx that a Dr. sent to them the same day. Just horrible. Go anywhere but here.

Every single time I call they are rude, hang up when ask your speak to a pharmacist and NEVER have my RX correct. When asking them to contact my MD after surgery they said and I quote “ I can’t stop running a pharmacy to do that.” They are the example of non caring big pharma

I have never had any issues with this location, other than it being busy sometimes, but, that's life. Each visit has been uneventful so I never thought to leave a review. We had to go to the Syracuse pharmacy today, and, after the way the tech spoke to us, we decided to review their location with 1 star, explaining what happened. For good measure, I wanted to compliment our regular pharmacy because we have never encountered anyone here who came anywhere close to the nastiness displayed at the Syracuse location!

Worst customer service ever!!! I dropped off the prescription by hand bought other stuff at Walgreens (so i have the exact time i dropped it off) went home and took a nap (I have Covid) came back they said it would be ready in 20 minutes went back still not ready ok.... went back for the third time they said it wouldn't be ready for another 20min I said nooo this is my THIRD time and I needed to talk to the manager the girl said "no! I am the manager" so I told her someone else!! A pharmacist came over and called me a lier said the "the prescription wasn't sent to them but ten minutes ago" it wasn't sent at all!!! I took it in!!! He called me a lier again walked over got the prescription that as READY and threw it at me!!! Never ever again

They have a pharmacy tech that is stealing adderal. They only gave me half of my prescription and then said that the inventory is showing that I received all of my pills. The manager is trying to cover up this operation. They are stealing medication from those who need it and then telling them that there’s nothing the pharmacy can do. I reported to corporate and I hope to take this all down and expose them.
