“My car had a loud noise coming from the front right side, and I didn't know where to take it. I went to AutoZone to have it checked. They tested the battery and everything else, and everything came back green. While I was there, Duane was there and asked me what was wrong with my car, so I told him about the noise. He told me that if I had time, I could follow him to his shop, and he could take a look at it. I followed him to his shop, and he told me it was the water pump. He explained in detail what needed to be done, though I didn’t understand much. Three days later, I took my car to him, and it was fixed perfectly. The price was half of what other places were charging. I highly recommend him! On top of that he’s a man of faith, which speaks even more about his character.”

“I had an incredible experience buying from Young Buick GMC. Our sales rep was Miguel and he was amazing! We wanted a newer model that wasn't available yet and he spent the time to help us find exactly what we wanted. His product knowledge was vast and when we purchased our Acadia Denali, he spent the time patiently walking through the entirety of the new infotainment system, camera systems, and in-dash tech. I've had a few conversations with him since we purchased to ask additional questions and he is always willing to help. If every car sales professional were like him, I'm convinced the auto industry would sell a lot more vehicles. The financing process at young was very low pressure, easy, and quick.
