Well I USED to have them as 5 stars however the male manager (since he wouldn’t provide his name) with tattoos wouldn’t even get the door for me when I had 2 huge boxes-one was about 200lbs! He said “I just had surgery”…so you couldn’t get the door for me?! Another kind customer ended up helping me in with the large, heavy box. Inexcusable!

This location is a mess. There was a line of people out the door and the girl on duty just stood there jamming to the music. I mean, I get it. Under Pressure by Queen is a BANGER. But babe, some self awareness.

Made an appointment to shred documents. Loaded my car. Stood in line 10 minutes, only to be told "Our bins are full maybe they can take them somewhere else".
SERIOUSLY!!! Why did I make an appointment!.

Staff mostly ambivalent. Often the phones go straight to a full voicemail. When I brought it up to an employee I was told they are just too busy to answer phones. Weird.

Just wanted to know if they had a notary public at this location but after numerous attempts at calling, and no one answering the phone, and not seeing the information listed on the website, I just ended up going somewhere else. After numerous rings on each attempt, you just get a generic sounding voicemail saying that your call has been directed somewhere else, does not even say that you’ve reached the UPS store….unprofessional

UPS is always very helpful with my Amazon returns. Shipping on the next truck going out and tracking to the destination. My Kohl's store is conveniently located but very slow with only one person at the desk. Wait time in line is long, shipping back to Amazon (they tell me) is only once a week and with no tracking of its progress. When a refund from Amazon has been delayed, Kohl's cannot even tell me if or when it left their store! Go with UPS!

If you are prepared its the best. If you are one of the unprepared they will help but you will have issues. It is very easy to prepay and they will print the label. The line after 5 is nuts so prepare and do it on a break.

I’m so tired of this location not having it together. When a company offers to ship to a UPS store free of charge you expect it to be free of charge. Half the time I go to pick something up there they don’t charge me and half the time they do. It’s ridiculous. The company pays for this service, why on earth would one have to pay to grab it from the counter? Absolutely ridiculous and I won’t use their service again if I can avoid it.
