We had a unit since 2017 and never had any issues. Place was well taken care of and Gary always took care of us. The price was always better for the size we had for other places in the area. We moved out today as we've moved out of the area. We were very happy with SYS and would definitely rent with them again.

Will never go back they had mice and they don't refund a partial payment if you leave sooner.

Horrible security. My storage unit was broken in to. Broken glass was left in front of the unit. It was never looked into. They do not carry insurance for your belonging. Take that into account if you plan on storing anything you value here.
