I used to like this place and there were many times I would go and see Bup. She would be running late because she just got food, and I understand she needs to eat, but she would do a horrible job on my lashes. The last time I saw her, she did a horrible job on my lashes again because I was five minutes late due to a car accident on the freeway. I haven’t been there since then.

I made an appointment with Megan today for an eyebrow tint and left pretty disappointed. She discussed with me that my eyebrows were too dark and the tint wasn’t going to do anything. She didn’t want me to pay for a service that wasn’t going to make a difference and seem like I was scammed. I took her word for it and while we were having this conversation she put the product on my right eyebrow that wasn’t on for nearly 5 minutes. She took it off and I didn’t look at myself until I got home and looked in the mirror and noticed that of course it did make a difference. I’m frustrated because I wish I would’ve just spoke up and told her to do it anyways and now I’m stuck with one eyebrow done. I didn’t go back because of how embarrassing she made me feel going in making it seem like my eyebrows were “too dark” to have anything be done. Here’s a picture just to show the difference. I don’t want to return back and I wasn’t initially going to leave a review but here I am now because it’s been bothering me all day today. I was excited in the beginning because it would save me time in the morning getting ready but I guess I’ll stick to using my pomade after today.

I've been getting my lashes done for years, but this was the first time trying star lash. I am very impressed with how they look. Definitely will be coming back!

i used to love this place! i felt great after leaving here but today was the worse!! i showed up few min late and bup gave me attitude and did awful job on my lashes!! my right eye looks great but my left eye has open spots were it looks bald at !! she was late once a few months back when i arrive cause she needed to eat and i still tip her great !! i feel ugly !! i been coming here for a year not anymore!!

Always so impressed with how good of a job these ladies do with lashes! Been getting my lashes done for years, but have never recommend a place more after starting to go here. Friendly, fast, convenient, affordable, and a must for me, there is good appointment availability.

Lucy is great! Very accomadating and the atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. I often doze off during my appointment.
